  1. Regarding the track, I was talking to Steve lawson prior to the meeting he told me that as of 2pm they was that much water on the track that the truck/tractor were just picking the shale up on the tyres, so it's a big balancing act to get it right. Unfortunately the dry weather is due to continue so track prep will be difficult again
  2. James denham in interview prior to hest 15 at Edinburgh said he thought jye etheridge should have not declared himself fit to ride last nite !!!
  3. You could always take your bus, and advertise a trip out, you may make some money on the side 😁
  4. Stick your thumb out you may get a lift or arrested 😁
  5. Who'd blame him have you actually been to the Plymouth polo mint track ?? πŸ˜…
  6. Didn't like Glasgow last week πŸ˜—
  7. Also tough on the fans travelling to support the comets πŸ˜›
  8. Not really, if poor worky can beat Oxford, it's about time pilots got a good result over a team , but apart from masters not many on the Oxford team can gate and go, looks like track bald to suit pilots 😜
  9. Just having a latte waiting for @lbw to join with his flat white 😁 Another banana skin meeting for the pilots, last few meetings you all thought an easy win was on the cards, turned out you struggled to win, hopefully this one is a similar struggle 😁
  10. Well Oxford will feel at home at the wimbored road dust bowl, expect dust lots of it from heat 1 πŸ˜›

  12. Gonna be only 2/3 clubs in the premiership next year if what I'm hearing is correct rest are struggling £££
  13. So the referee gets punished for ignoring the major health and safety issues, but Poole and the start marshal gets away with it. !!! With both teams at wimbored road this week how about the last heat from the other week is nulled and void, then re-run it as a 1st heat on Wednesday to get a fair result ??
  14. Probably seeing a distant gleem of silverware, but it won't be getting any nearer this year πŸ˜ƒ
  15. Worky 302 meters belle Vue 347 meters, but worky 1 meter wider,
  16. Oh dear poor pilots pulled a defeat out of the jaws of victory 😁 well done Plymouth, don't suppose @lbw will be having a celebratory flat white, but I can see @lewy running round the coliseum celebrating in his clown suit πŸ˜„
  17. The red arrows route has been known for a couple of days, probably as they flew over Workington as well as the stadium the smoke was put on for all to see, but it was good to see directly over the stadium
  18. I'm a comets fan, I was stood on the back straight Flint definitely got 2nd and it was by a bigger margin than 1 thousand of a second as well
  19. As an extra bonus for anyone going to the speedway this evening, the famous Red arrows are due to fly over around 18.27 - 18.32 πŸ˜„
  20. Breezy and high clouds now in worky, even bbc weather app and others says sunny afternoon/evening, so I would pack your sandwiches and come up the M6 to worky πŸ˜„ FYI peak holiday season and roadworks just before jjct 40 penrith with a 40 mph limit, plan a little extra time, and its cash only at the GT tyres northside arena. Enjoy the speedway
