At least the supporters turn up on long journeys to support the comets through good and bad, if I did not have an appointment I would have been joining them, well done to the travelling comets fans. But do agree watching on BSN batch was a disgrace

Just seen on social media that comets TV is to be launched at this meeting. Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?? IMO it may stop families/ groups coming to pay £x at Northside but can pay say £14 and several people will sit at home watching the stream, therefore the club loses a lot of admission money. Any more thoughts on this

Unfortunately with the very good weather, it's harder for track preparation, needs a lot of water to produce the grip and keep the dust down, last Saturday imo very little grip and a little bit of dust, at Redcar the nite before no dust, but no grip at all, can see this weekend being the same.. come on comets we can do this UTC

Must admit I have not read the program yet, but find it very strange to mention crowd levels at the very 1st meeting. Like you apart from a couple of meetings late on last year, I thought the crowds were reasonable. But we are not the promotion, so let's stick together and encourage all fans to support the comets going forward, let's hope for some good racing and results, most of all some good crowds, starting this weekend when the bears are in town with a good traveling support. Hopefully a combination of bank holiday events and BSN coverage kept the crowd down, if not and crowd is poor this week !!!! Out of respect I won't go further

Many thanks for the info, in early planning for next year (if still got a gp at landshut) will save renting a car at Munich Airport, can transfer via train 😄

Looking at doing this meeting next year, does anyone who is attending or in the know. Is their transport front the town/city of Landshut to the track and a return ? Ta for any replies

due to the weather and scheduled fixtures looks like the 1st comets team meeting is at Redcar on 2nd of may. This must be the latest start to a speedway season !!!
