Part of me gets this, but as you know most promotions are only breaking even at the very best, look at Plymouth the boss has stated he has lost 350k over 7 years !!! So if 2H 2A that's potentially more money for the clubs to lose, but if it stays 1H 1A more clubs may stand s chance of breaking even via help from sponsorship
Unfortunately they are in it for their own good, it's a closed shop. Wasn't Matt ford high up on a committee at one time, but others did not want to do what was suggested. That's why a totally independent person/ group would have to be in charge, but can't see it happening
Didn't them in charge a few years back sugest a fans forum type thing, where a fan from each club would take forward comments/suggestions from fellow fans to them in charge, but can't remember if anything happened
If people don't think about expanding speedway or building new tracks to replace closed down tracks, the sport will die even faster than them in charge are doing now. Remember Poole dispite bringing in the fans has Osborne behind the scene, so you could be without a stadium anytime. Property money talks better than speedway money
