  1. Let's be honest, starke and roynon should of retired a few years ago . Either they or their sponsors must have more money than sense to keep slogging away .
  2. Ermolenko was never going to be any good as manager, in his day he was the best rider on the planet and had hundreds if not thousands of fans but management is a lonely place when the chips are down. As mentioned Peter Adams would be the natural choice but its quite obvious he has no interest in taking the job and to be fair he's more than put alot of his life into managing so is maybe glad of the rest from it. I saw John sampford ( rye house) managed a challenge match recently, he'd be ok but again probably got no interest in doing it. Birmingham are definitely in a mess.
  3. Did he buy garritys van when it became redundant?
  4. Haha, kyran struggles at every meeting to beat anyone, Edinburgh would of found it hard with the team they put together in the ndl.
  5. Absolutely right, I know alot people who don't go to any speedway because of how it's run nowadays.
  6. Agreed, starke has struggled to score anything of real note for years, his demeanor comes across like his heart or head isn't in speedway anymore.
  7. Personally I don't think shovlar has ever been to a meeting, he's like you say inaccurate with nearly everything he posts. Typical of Poole fans.
  8. I think it's time to forget about Jason and what he's done or not done as it's not getting any of us anywhere guessing and speculating.
  9. What other reason is there? Only rider demands go up every year nothing else does. I know for fact what a few riders have got paid in the past at other clubs and they weren't on the level that poole use to be.
  10. Moved down to save money which proves exactly what I said, they paid riders over the top wages in the past. Anyway not a great advert for speedway all round.
  11. Not really a shock , it's up there as one of the worst tracks in the UK imo considering it's history of attracting some of the worlds best riders. Its obviously the over the top wages they must pay out.
  12. I've found watching bsn is so much better with the sound off.
  13. Roynon should stick to commentating, even if he's not everyone's cup of tea. He was going down hill before and I can't see him doing alot apart from joining the injured list.
  14. Plymouth are certainly in a mess on track and off , bet all involved regret trying to improve the track and indeed making it worse.
  15. Roynon and Bowen are the the annoying equivalent of Tatum .
  16. Should be a close meeting, both teams with a few experienced riders at this level and a few riders that aren't. Middlesbrough could just win, depends on if schimelt can actually contribute some points, reserves look evenly inexperienced.
  17. I think Pete Adams is wasting his time on that performance, very sad to watch.
  18. Come on woffy, you can get back into the big points tonight. Best of luck.
  19. Would of nice if Harris had donated his winnings to charity instead of sharing it with fellow riders who have plenty of money already. Boring meeting on the whole by all accounts anyway.
  20. Not been a savior to any team in the past, he'll do ok if he signs though.
  21. In the words of private Frazer "we're doomed"
  22. Starke was cheap and that's what you get back, and hume like has been already mentioned was very disappointing - been decent at home but very poor on the road. At this stage of the season it's looking like we'll struggle from now till the end of the season especially without rory .
