Great meeting yesterday and nice to see the track have multiple racing lines and even some passing! Feel a bit more heavy stuff on the outside and we’ll have a superb venue on our hands but that’ll all come with time. A lot of the lads impressed me yesterday, but Ashton Boughen is something else. If, and it’s a big if, he is still in this league next season then the promotion should be going all out to sign him. Wouldnt look out of place in a heat leader position and judging by his scores around the country, would bring consistency away as well as at home.

Superb to see young Luke rewarded with a team place at Redcar. Hit the ground running after some bad injuries and he isn’t fazed one little bit

Good match today, beaten by a better Leicester team. A decision or 2 against the comets today but is what it is. Don’t agree with however, the barrage of abuse directed at Sam hagon over the heat 13 incident. There isn’t any place for that type of abuse in the sport. Yes, we all disagree with decisions from time to time, but no need to shout horrible things to these young lads. Onwards and upwards.

Well just been on the Comets twitter that the last 2 riders will be announced in the coming week. Not gonna be TJ or Bach I reckon, but I wonder who the management have gone for?
