  1. Well I was on about his Denmark contract but whatever. Ban him fair enough, then what? A guest? A lower rider facility? Can’t win because then it’ll be people twining about having to use guests etc like always!! As long as the Redcar promotion are informed of it and like I said earlier, the relevant paperwork is there, then suck it up.
  2. Can’t help his nationality can he. Pedersen was missing for Glasgow at Poole last week, chances are Jeppesen and Jakobsen will be missing for the comets when we race on a Wednesday. It is what it is, as long as it’s an adequate guest who cares really, it’s not that deep.
  3. Considering 1 - He’s danish and 2 - he will have had his danish contract in place long before Redcar came knocking. Yeah he probably shouldn’t have rode in Poland today in many people’s opinions, but if he’s got all the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed then, other than a moral issue, it’s above board.
  4. Well a hard fought victory, thankfully. Solid performances from Jonas, Tate and Batch but what a meeting from Max Perry, looking so much better than he did on his debut and had plenty of speed. Pickering, sublime to watch as always, what a cracking rider he is. The scorpion that impressed me most was Luke. He seems to be getting better every meeting, great to see.
  5. So R/R for cook it is. Pick of the bunch when it comes to guests and they can’t get anyone? Almost like they’re expecting the gate to be down with other sporting events on today so doing it on the cheap. Was feeling confident midweek of a decent win but now not so much. Pijper at reserve just strengthens Scunthorpe. Big meeting needed from the comets top 4 and it’s time for Niklas to step up and show he can do what he done midweek in Denmark over here.
  6. Which is a shame. You won’t have a clue what went on in the races and updates really paint a picture when you get the right texters.
  7. Honestly mate not a clue, guess we’ll soon find out soon enough.
  8. Seen as it’s Godfrey’s goons in town he’ll no doubt try to swing it in there favour won’t he.
  9. Not sink in what I said to you the other day? Do everyone a favour and do one.
  10. Should have pick of the bunch, there’s no other meetings on tomorrow is there? Apart from SGP qualifier at Glasgow.
  11. Yeah it’s looking like he should have followed through with his thought of retirement at the end of last season. It’s a shame if this is how his career ends but I think it’s time, as class as he is on a bike, which everything that seems to be going on off track, it’s not fair on his team mates, the owners, team manager, the fans and sponsors. If we were to make a change or multiple changes, what sort of points are we looking at to play with?
  12. No Cook tomorrow, can’t say I’m surprised. Hope he’s okay and getting the support he needs for whatever he’s going through.
  13. Nah I’m good thanks, be irresponsible to travel 2 and a half hours with alcohol on board, nice to see what you get up to in your down time. Seems like I’ve hit a nerve here, truth hurting lad? I’ve been going speedway since ‘99 when the comets restarted. You maybe want to go drown that attitude of yours cause it is horrendous. God forbid having an opinion and putting it on a forum, you buffoon.
