As I said in other thread feel tiny bit sorry for Pedersen as think Emil was at fault BUT Pedersen is the grandmaster of doing the move you described, looking over when being pased then moving in on the rider to make contact then fall off, he has done it so many times.
That track is always going to cut up, they could lay it 6 months in advance and would still cut up if it wasn't ridden on regulary. Made me laugh when they said few weeks ago after the testing that it was fine. The reason it gets a lot worst then Copenhagen and Cardiff is due to the high speeds. Although I think if they got rid of practise it wouldn't have been so bad.
This time I have tiny bit of sympthany for Pedersen as think Emil was at fault. But what annoys me about Pedersen is that usually it his him on the outside that goes down after the slightest of touches has happened lots in the last 12 months including last GP. If it had been the other way round tonight he still would have been ranting and raving.
I was just about to say that, I remember there being a trial last year and riders said it was fine. The problem will be it will get hammered on Friday during practise and that when the ruts will start to appear.
Did you want Walasek to go over the kerb and onto the grass then, he was riding right on the inside! Pedersen has done it loads of times, he cuts across the rider on the inside makes sure there is contact and if he does come off the rider on the inside usually gets excluded. Did it to Crump at Leszno last year and twice at Cardiff last year.
Do you want standing or seating? If you want standing don't bother booking them just buy them on the day, if seating then best to book them when the come available.
Track was far to slick as most of them are but you have to remember that just over 24 hours earlier they have practise which lasts couple of hours but I read somewhere the amount of laps the riders do equals about 3 meetings and the track takes a hammering, hard to sort that out in 24 hours, think they should scrap practise.
The studio has nothing to do with it, SKY have shown NASCAR and Speedway in HD in the past, in NASCAR all the races from Daytona were in HD. Think it's to do with money, think they have to pay lot more to the host broadcaster for the HD feed.
This year at prague there is only a small standing area now and the rest is seating down back straight, just heard from someone at the track the standing area is packed in like sardines and the rest of the stadium is empty.
