You can’t move around they are completely separate with separate entrances. Most likely at start people were in the concourse sheltering from rain getting food. -

It won’t be off as the forecast tomorrow is no better. 15 minutes is optimistic, I said an hour, they gave Sweden GP 2 hours! -

Track is so wet now, forecast no better for tomorrow. If it does stop at 7.00 they will need a good hour or more track work but it’s not going to be great -

So you wanted an international meeting, live on worldwide tv called off in advance based on your ropey weather forecast? There has been no rain since 12.30, it’s been very warm and breezy afternoon and I’m sure they will be watering track before the start. -
Because practise was at 1pm. What point of practising on wet track, it’s not rained since 12.30 and been very warm all afternoon.

What is the horrendous weather? Light rain this morning, been dry and very warm since 12.30

Yes I’d read that, they not going to run 2 meetings on one day! The way I read it, 10 July is either Semi final 2 or restaging of semi final 1 -

Is it not SF1 gets moved to Wednesday and SF2 moved to Thursday? -
Tate now announced about the injury to his backside, few knew of this but kept it quiet. I gather it was an awful situation for those on track with mechanics having to dismantle the bike that had penetrated him with great care and guidance from medics due to other injuries to his back etc .

Belle Vue Speedway Trust Announcement. Following the events of Monday evening, the Trust has been in discussion with the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund and has agreed to provide Tate's mother with the air fare to travel to the UK, from Australia, to be with her son. The Trust will also contribute to any additional welfare that is required during her stay, over and above that which the SRBF will provide. Whilst it is too early to be precise, the Trust intends to provide further assistance to Tate during his period of rehabilitation, be it in the UK, or back in Australia. All this would not be possible without the tremendous support we receive week in week out from the Supporters of Belle Vue and the unfailing efforts of David Burroughs and his team from the BVSSC. A huge thank you to you all. Philip Gunning Chair of Trustees. The trust money comes from fans doing 50/50 draws, interval ball game etc.

Can’t believe the British Speedway Facebook posted several close up graphic photos of the crash, after 40+ comments criticising they took it down finally.
