  1. Not seen this anywhere, are there two under 15's races this year? If so anyone know the lineup?
  2. Updated lineup, 4 more riders to be announced : Jason Crump Leigh Adams Scott Nicholls Chris Holder Charlie Gjedde Joe Screen Billy Forsberg Jason Lyons Jurica Pavlic Tai Woffinden Lukasz Jankowski Ricky Ashworth Don't forget discounted tickets only available to buy up to 30th June! After June 30th they will go up from £18 to £20, seperate entrance for advance ticket holders to avoid queuing.
  3. It was the new cut out that was to be compulsory in FIM events then the FIM realised it was crap.
  4. Read somewhere Andy Smith saying the new cut outs were fine if they are dry but if you get water in them they cause problems, seeing as bike gets wet regulary you would have thought they would have made them waterproof!
  5. Not always easy for referees to see and most probably not bothered but if they wanted to be picky then could fine, whenever on a bike must always have cut out on wrist, same applies to mechanics etc when warming them up. Rule 10.46.4 in the rulebook.
  6. Completely illegal, if the ref sees it they get maximum fine.
  7. Has everyone got their tickets now? Some people I know got them on Friday last week but ours still not come yet.
  8. Wolverhampton first opened 80 years ago but have have since closed down several times, Belle Vue have been running for 80 years non stop.
  9. Coventry complaining about fixture backlog they have only had 4 meetings postponed exactly the same as Belle Vue. Why is it since the fixtures came out they have only had two meetings planned in June. If they are suddenly wanting to ride on a Mondays now why not rearrange some Mondays in June. Some of you are ridiculous with your comments of "meeting that really means very little", "poxy individual" I know you've been only going to speedway a handful of years but is also the 80th anniversary of speedway in this country this year and Belle Vue are the only club to be running 80 years. Lets see when its Coventry's 80th anniversary if you are calling it a nothing meeting.
  10. No they definatly don't check your age and don't even look at the ticket, just scan the barcode, there is a few people in our group in the past who are in late 40's early 50's and got the concession ticket and not had a problem.
  11. Ridiculous that Coventry are riding that night now, I bet they won't be using R/R and guest for Harris and Stead who already had a commitment booked.
  12. From Venice Treviso it is 67 miles to Lonigo, 84 miles to Verona. It is 24 miles from Verona to Lonigo.
  13. Thats because the pound is so bad, we went to Slovenia and the exchange rate to Euros was 1.19 when it was around 1.45 last year.
  14. Easy answer, Prague. Easy to get to from the airport and far far cheaper then Copenhagen. Danish GP is next week, leaving it a bit late to make these decisions aren't you?
  15. Public transport is pretty much impossible, especially getting back afterwards, need to hire a car really. We've always flown in Venice Treviso spent a day there and then stayed in Verona (really nice town)
  16. Have used both, never had problems with either, there are loads of arlines that fly to Prague, use this site to find the best prices : http://www.skyscanner.net/ Getting there at 13.40 gives you loads of time, only takes half an hour to get into centre of Prague by bus/underground.
  17. Loads of hotels if you are looking for somewhere cheap have a look at pensions, they are like a 1* hotel but clean and ok to get your head down. Not sure how you get to the track direct from the airport but its easy getting the bus/underground into the centre then the tram to the track. http://www.my-prague-hotels.com/ http://www.accomm-prague.cz/ http://www.hotels-of-prague.com/
  18. You are so f***ing ungrateful. I've just downloaded it in an hour and a half, uncompressed it using Winrar and it plays fine in Windows Media Player. Don't blame others if you can't do it, people have been trying to help you. This isn't in a tiny window like Polish League this is top quality stuff that someone has recorded and put online for us, so stop moaning.
  19. He looked left as he was coming off the fourth bend, nothing wrong with that, sees Jonsson is on the inside of him, decides to ride a tighter line down the home straight, they don't make contact until after the start/finish line a long time since he had looked left! They way some of you are going on as if he looked left and and then turned right into Jonsson, that didn't happen at all.
  20. No hes not! Watch it again time after time : http://www.svt.se/svt/road/Classic/shared/...187&d=35828 He had a look coming out of 4th bend but like I said all riders do that but going down the straight his helmet looking straight forward.
  21. Yes he looked left as they were starting the home straight all riders do that to see where the rider is behind them they don't have wing mirrors! He didn't look left immediatly before the crash though.
  22. Watch the replays again, Gollob didn't look left at all, I don't think Gollob was to blame for Jonssons crash he was virtually a full bike length in front, it was a typical Jonsson crash how many times has he had crashes like that in GP's clipping someone's back wheel, he did it at Belle Vue too at the start of the season when he ran into Lanham and injured his hand.
