Never seen forecast as wrong as today. Sometimes forecasts are wrong predicting showers or storms etc. but today they had it down as rain all day and been no rain since 9.30am. track will have been wet with the rain last 2 days but hopefully they will have been able to blade it .

What do you want to be said, they put 2 posts on social media today, a meeting preview and a race day update with times, so it’s on, if it wasn’t on they’d have announced it was off.

I’m concerned that if TV company turn up then that’s it, the pressure will be to get it on. We know the track can take water but we had a hell of a lot and it will be sodden, in July for SoN a couple of hours sun would start to dry it out. that’s not going to happen now in cold overcast conditions.

I hope this is going to get called off very soon. it has rained pretty much continuously since Saturday evening and today shows no change, rain all day into the evening.

I really don’t think he will be back in 9 days, scans are clear which are great but it was significant head injury, I wouldn’t think he would ride this season again.

Lidsey this week changed back to an old engine he used in 2023 I’m told.

We were on 4th bend so opposite end to where incident happened on 2nd bend. not sure if issue with track or not, he seemed to riding normally then bike came round on him and threw him off high side very high into the air, he landed on upper half of body. I initially thought that will be a collar bone injury but seems to have landed heavily on his head.

Previous visits to Leicester mean nothing, as we showed tonight. Cook definitely won’t be riding, serious crash as you can tell as they showed no replays.

Everyone was saying we crap at Sheffield too. League meetings are meaningless.
