I would have taken that points defeat before the meeting as The Comets were significantly stronger with Jake Mulford replacing Ceilina -

Why “pot” has been added to my title is rather a stupid comment in the circumstances??? but back to last night and a couple of facts for you , the track doctor administered a pain relief while Rory was on track in agony so they had to stay with him at track side & the pits until NHS medics arrived and took over . Also the incident was originally an emergency response by the local NHS trust but once the track medics had made Rory comfortable at the pits this was downgraded by the NHS to not critical so hence the delay as it was downgraded and we at track side waited for the local ambulance to arrive which did and I presume Rory was taken to the biggest hospital locally Hull Royal over the Humber Bridge . Im sure people attending like myself were put out a little bit but Rory ‘s health and treatment is more important at times like this . Hope Rory has a full & speedy recovery -

What a complete fool you are , speedway riders get inured daily on speedway tracks all over Europe .its the nature of the sport when 4 riders and machines come into contact during official meetings or practice for racing . The bikes now are faster then previous years, they race on a track with shale on it with usually 4 riders coming into the first bend with a limited space for the machines so there is always going to be crashes and injuries . I’ve watched racing at over 40 tracks in Britain over the years and the chances of serious injuries occurs at all of them .Your digs are always aimed at Scunthorpe or there promotion and is getting tedious I would like to wish Rory all the best in his recovery and hope to see him on a track soon as he has been a brilliant servant to British speedway and first watched him as a 16 year old at Sheffield. -

Some good racing tonight as a Scorpion I thought it was beyond us to be fair especially with Schlien, Kerr, Kemp and Borke but wow what a performance by the Scorpions from 1 to 7 but really pleased for Kyle and Nathan who were class tonight -

Workington v Scunthorpe 28/04/24 BSN 3:30pm.

Don’t believe all hate for Rob Godfrey , he’s very knowledgable and approachable with anything to do with speedway . Well done to Workington today and Berwick yesterday on there wins this weekend . My worry with the Scunny side is at No 1 , I know with the pts limit Kyle Howarth was not going to match Ryan Douglas scores but I’m sure his seasons scores he’s averaging approx 6 pts per meeting which is no we’re good enough as a number 1 . Other riders aren’t performing as the should aswell , really hope the team uses this as a springboard to getting things better on the track -

Keep looking up and your out the BSN already , the complete tool is your track announcer with names like the Billericy blaster ,etc and the racetrack was shocking last week aswell -
Plymouth v Scunny - KO Cup 2nd Leg
Tosh1218 replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I’m a Scunny fan went to Redcar on Friday and Jack Smith put a good shift in to be fair , the planning of Plymouth away the following night was crackers 385 mile from Redcar and I’m sure a few of the riders did what they needed to do . Plymouth new track and a massive home leg win from the first leg riders we’re always going to take it steady . Nathan will be back in a few weeks and also a Jack Smith will get a few more meeting under his belt and before he rides for his new club and Scorpions are getting better then a 2 pt rider as a guest so it suits both parties .ps as a ex Hull Vikings man it was good to talk to Jacks dad (Andy ) and his uncle Paul Smith an ex Vikings rider who was on the spanner’s for his nephew . Also Jack Smith will be available at Berwick and Workington next weekend -
Redcar v Scunthorpe - 19/4/2024, BSN Series
Tosh1218 replied to pvm's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
As a Scunny fan pleased with the points ,hope Charles is ok but let’s talk about the track . It was the worse I’ve seen for entertainment it was gate and go plus there was a lot of riders getting in trouble on bend 4 . One last gripe why was the programme not correct ?? to much writing and changing names due it not been printed with a correct race card -
Oxford Vs Plymouth BSN group 17/4/24
Tosh1218 replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
What I’m saying is I think Cook has played around with his set up and scored enough pts to make it worth his while , I watched the match and I’m sure others will agree if they took the Poole glasses off -

Tosh1218 replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I’ll guarantee you Zack Cook won’t score4 pts at Oxford for Poole in the season and has really lost Plymouth the match last night -
Nathan’s injury is not as bad as expected ,he’s spoke it will be weeks rather then months so that’s a positive and will definately miss the two away meetings at Redcar

As a Speedway fan I really hope Complin offence is an innocent one and he’s back on track soon , too many are judging and giving there thoughts on last nights events .Speedway is in decline and negative comments aren’t helping . The law of the land is”Innocent until proven guilty “ and hope this is the case in Lee Complins .Speedway doesn’t need scandals as year on year the support is dwindling . Ps I’m not a Tigers fan I’m a speedway fan who is seeing it diminish year on year -
Scunthorpe lowered your colours though didn’t they ?

Apologies I worded it wrong due to. the Eddie Kennett situation the rule book had to be changed
