This is a poor show from Poole. The boys and girls in the youth championship are the future of British speedway. Hopefully, people will turn out this weekend at Kings Lynn to support it. What a shame that the so called "champions" can't honour the agreement made at the AGM....Good old Poole......

We did that last year........And still ended up 2nd....A top 4 spot is a realistic target and then try and do a Poole special in the play-offs....With the right team changes, its very acheivable......

Having read Craig Cook's twitter response, As I see it, the reason he didnt sign a contract(with the previous promotion) was because of the issue with sponsorship logo's...But he seems to contradict himself saying that he had not originally signed a contract because of this, and then saying that he had discussions with the previous promotion and understood that he would be exempt from this....But the "contract" wasn't changed to reflect this......What contract?........He said he never signed one!.....So am I right in thinking that the sponsorship logo issue was implemented BEFORE Buster Chapman took over the club? If so, I think he has tried it on and Buster was having none of it? If the logo rule was put in place by the previous promotion, Surely he can't have a case to argue? Or have I read it wrong??

Take Robert Lambert away from the team that effectively won the league last year......I wouldnt call it 2nd division side.....Just the best team without the star rider....

Very Deja vu is it not? Same team as last season minus Iverson....No one gave us a hope in hell this time last year. And we finished top of the table(forget about the 2 legged final which Poole won after using every rider possible). Lets see what happens shall we?

Why is it fully deserved? Did they finish top of the league at the end of the season? Did they score more points than any other club over the course of the season? Why is it fully deserved???? And yes, I am a Poole hater.......So????

Cant really comment on the Poole/Somerset meeting as I have only watched the first few races on the screen at Lynn, other than the track looked dodgy early on.....The Stars did what they needed to do, without half the team really perfoming..We need Ty and Thomas on top of their game for the final.

Rosco is talking bull....It WAS the fault of his riders, squeezing Robert Lambert out as they knew it was the only way they would beat him....And he ought to take a look at the behaviour of his own riders(one in particular) in the pits afterwards before he has a dig at the Lynn fans....And his own conduct as well! I applaud Batchelor for being man enough to ignore the Lynn supporters to shake Lamberts hand after the race. Sour grapes from Rosco.....A shame really....

I think you will find that most of the negativity about the Kings Lynn team came from fans of other clubs........Well done Stars, shut a few haters up....Looks like a play off place at least. Anything more will be a bonus....
