  1. If Lawson is back, I won't be back, he's piss poor
  2. Who do we want back? Who do we think will be back? Who do we think will come to Glasgow in 2018? Who I want back: Richie/Dan/Nike Who do I think will be back: Richie/Aaron/Nike/Jack Who do I think will come to Glasgow: James Sarjeant/Jake Allen/Josh Grajzonek/Ryan Douglas/Lewis Kerr/James Shanes
  3. Aaron Summers is a joke right now, and has been one of the biggest dissapointments this season. Away Average From Last 4 meetings (EX BP) = 6.00 (INC BP) = 6.22 Richard Lawson has also been a let down too Away Average From Last 4 meetings (EX BP) = 6.88 (INC BP) = 7.11 Our only heat leader who has lived up to the role is Richie Worrall Away Average From Last 4 meetings (EX BP) = 8.70 (INC BP) = 8.94 Hope this helps us realise who shouldn't be back next season.
  4. Do you really feel that for paying £17.50, plus £1 for the stand (£18.50) that our team is good value for money and not an embarrisment? Here are the top 4 admission Prices: Sheffield £15 Ipswich £16 Edinburgh £15 Glasgow £17.50 There is no need for 3 big hitters in our team when only 1 of them averages over 8 away from home. End of this season we need a clear out. Also the fans getting angry here are the ones who were giving Jack Smith abuse at start of the season for being Sh*t but all of a sudden they like him.
  5. Well actually, this is in reference to the championship playoffs, where glasgow won't win a thing lol! And why should I support a team which has been an absolute embarrisment
  6. Sorry you can't say that we are not a shambles when Richard Lawsons away average is 7.14 and Aarons is 7.42. Both have been very dissapointing this season. and if Kerr is as good as he is going to be then I would take him on his 6.86 average currently when he is averaging 7.22 away from home and at least is consistant.
  7. Can't wait to see Kerr, one for tigers 2018 I hope, better than some of the shambles we have right now.
  8. You really want Aaron and Lawson back, please give me advanced warning so I can call an ambulance when I collapse from laughing too much
  9. I hope we aren't thinking of bringing back Aaron/Richard next season We need a clearout to be honest, Lawson is boring to watch and can't pass at all, and Summers is just too inconsistant Next season we should build our team like this, Riders who have an away average which matches there normal average or is better. No point in wasting points on riders like Aaron and Richard who have 7. away averages when you can bring in a 7 pointer who will do the business at home and score you 7/8 away from hom, leaving you points to bring in better riders elsewhere within the team. Pickerings current average (the one on the stats page rather than green sheet) is 4.85 Ex BP and 5.63 Inc BP, his away average is 4.89 Ex BP and 5.70 Inc BP, and with his ashfield average before last nights shambles (not josh's fault) being 5.33 Ex BP and 6.67 Inc BP this is the sort of rider we want in our side for next season We should keep Dan, Richie, maybe Nike (depending on the numbers game) and start to bring in some new faces. My riders to keep an eye on for tigers 2018 are... Steve Worrall Josh Pickering Matt Williamson Ryan Douglas Chris Harris Zach Waj ( dont wanna attempt to spell lol)
  10. Lawson and Summers need to bounce back from this ASAP as it's getting to that point in the season where it could be costly! As many have said a real lack of home fixtures and fixtures being all over the place is really affecting our team, and most likely some of the fans too! Especially the new ones! Despite moving to a Saturday 6 Fixtures already have been set for Sundays out of 13 Fixtures at home! Not much point in trying to advertise to new fans that it's Saturday nights at 7pm when nearly half the fixtures are Sundays! Fixtures that have went ahead per month... April 4/5 May 1/2 June 2/3 July 3/3 I've honestly felt that this season has been pretty boring so far as previous seasons it would be every sunday bar maybe 1 or 2 that we would go to speedway, but when you are out of a routine you just get bored
  11. If our heat leader trio don't score 10+ each we wont win...
  12. Wasn't a view that I had just many people were saying that they were worried! I can understand maybe more for Richie when he's been scoring 7's 5's and 6's from 5 rides whereas Tom's home average from the last 5 meetings is 5.47 and his away is 4.80
  13. Anyone else concerned about the current form of Tom Perry/Richie Worrall?
  14. So its a new rider apparently! Young Swedish Rider called Yerdãs El lsavon! 17 years old and making big strides in the sport already! Comes in on an assessed 5.00 Average! Source : speedwaygb.co/yerdassignsforscorpions/2017
  15. hopefully a good meeting! Tigers will depend on Lawson, Summers and Worrall hitting 10+ each! Bewley to Score 8/9 points Lunna to score 5/6 points Perry to score 4/5 points Smith to score 2/3 points I've just got a bad feeling that we will o into this one thinking its easy and then getting humped lol! good luck to the boys
  16. I hope for a Tigers win but so much inconsistancy within the side that I don't know... Scunthorpe is a track I've never been too but I've watched hundreds of great races on video, and it looks to be a track with many racing lines and many ways in which you can pass. This makes me worried especially about Richard Lawson who in recent meetings I've found it hard to watch him as when he sits in 2nd or 3rd place he just can't pass at all. Lawson was the reason that we lost at Scunthorpe the previous time with him only scoring 6 points. Worrall has also just hit a little dip in form recently so hopefully he can shake it off and get back to his good ways. He top scored last time at Scunthorpe also! The last of our top 3 to comment on is Summers, who I feel that with him not being in the number one position, he might do a whole heap better! Last time at EWR he scored 8 points with 1 win, so I would expect him to score around 10+1 today! Dan Bewley seemed to struggle a bit in the first half of the season in his opening heat, but now with him being at No.4, I think he'll do a whole lot better, and even if he scores 5/6 points I'd be happy! Nike Lunna seams to be having his best season so far in the UK with his average including bonus points over 7 now! Scunthorpe is Lunna's former track so I think that experience could really help him once again to have a cracking meeting! Down at reserve is another place where we could win or loose this meeting! Tom Perry had a cracking 2016 experience at Scunthorpe scoring Paid 15 from 6 rides in 1 meeting, however only scored 3+1 in his outing in April in Glasgow colours! Jack Smith is also kicking on well so good luck to him! The team have all changed from April in terms of form ect. So good luck to the boys, I hope in many areas you can prove me wrong! MON THE TIGERS! :t:
  17. Glasgow/Sheffield/Newcastle/Edinburgh are my top 4
  18. Possibly Garcia? Just been released by Recar and tends to do pretty well round Berwick?
  19. Someone better than Lunna? Redcar Glasgow and Rye House are his top 3 tracks! Usually scores 6/7/8 there
  20. The only people that are stating the track was slick are true Lawson supporters who don't want to admit that yesterday was a complete shambles coming from Lawson, he said that he wanted to be a real number one in the league this year, sadly to do that you need to be winning heats 1, 13 and 15 home and away to really prove this. It wasn't just Lawson that let us down though with Worrall and Summers not on the best of form either Summers really scoring 6 if you take away the tactical, so Worrall and himself were as poor as each other, but if Smith, Bewley and Nike hadn't scored so well we would have taken an absolute thrashing. I wouldn't even say that Lawson's 2 points were hard worked for either because he finished behind the opposition number five with a second string and reserve behind him. We lose, and we criticise however we move on! Hopefully this was just an off day for our top 3!
  21. Think we have a cracking team 1. Richard Lawson 2. Ryan Douglas (Potential 5-1 Pairing) 3. Richie Worrall 4. Nike Lunna 5. Aaron Summers 6.Tom Perry 7. Jack Smith My prediction is 55-35 with Worrall on a max and lunna on a paid max
  22. So this years international speedway championship has been cancelled! Honestly I think this is quite embarrising, as sureley you would arrange all the riders first instead of arranging it on the run up to it! Gutted to say the least, also now means that we wont have another meeting till the 27th after tomorrow, feels too dragged out at the moment for a league which was meant to see more meetings.
  23. Sadly Halls days are over, too much of a 1 track pony
