Newcastle vs Glasgow 8/5/22 4pm??
Moranboys replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Totally agree, cut some slack,of course you don,t want the track to close,Leicester are having problems with their track as well and even with it being done, things were still bad last night.give the promotion every chance to try and put this right for goodness sake. -

Well,if you are happy to see hammerings pretty much week in week out then you,ll be a happy bunny, majority of the races sorted after bend two apart from the odd exception. -

One race doesn,t make a meeting though and I have to agree with fortythirtyeight on this, bends one and two were atrocious and got worse as the meeting wore on,it was only after they did some extensive grading towards the end of the meeting that it actually improved, there was passing mainly only because bend two especially was catching riders out and the amount of dust was not good either, track in my opinion, prepared for the home riders, who on that evidence last night, will go through the remainder of the season unbeaten at home. -
Was absolutely gutted when it was announced Sheffield could,t fit him in,should have moved heaven and earth to keep him,if only for the entertainment value alone,if he keeps injury free he,s going to be a world class rider,Lynn are very lucky to have him....would watch him anywhere.

No reflection on you at all and I see where your,e coming from.in fairness all tacks have their good and bad meetings,iv,e seen some decent racing at Foxhall in the past,it,s just the nature of the sport.
-
Exactly...!!
-
No,British speedway has been professional but those days seem long gone
-
Meetings can,t be run on a wing and a prayer, the paying public won,t put up with it and it doesn,t look professional at all.
-
But something needs to be sorted and quickly...how many more people are going to tolerate this, especially in the current climate where a lot of people are feeling the squeeze...
-
That,s shocking.....how the hell can this sport be taken seriously when things like this happen, will the promotions ever learn.....
-
And Ipswich isn,t?....lol

Nah,if holder hadn,t had an off night it would have been much worse for you. -
Wish we'd got him back at Sheffield, capable of beating anyone on his day.will be class around saddlebow.

No way, although I like Pickering, howarth is Sheffield through and through and always gives you 110%
-
Well,as I expected, tbh I'm more gutted at picko not being there.the cook signing is a gamble,I like cook but too many flaws.i just hope he proves me wrong.
