Leicester v Sheffield 26th August 6.30pm.
Moranboys replied to tocha's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Can anyone tell me whether or not you can pay by card on the night or is it cash only? -
Could it be that his better equipment is abroad?just a thought.

Useless eh,you're having a laugh,I've seen Craig cook since he first came through the ranks at Buxton and up until recently was one of the most fearless, talented riders out there,he's obviously had situations that have affected him, culminating in the incident at Edinburgh.so was Shawn Moran "useless" prior to him packing the sport in because in his own words, couldn't race for Sheffield anymore after they resigned him.take a long hard think before you judge Craig cook again,he doesn't have to ride but deep down, still wants to and I also hope that he finds his form back.

This is where the sport well and truly shoots itself in the foot, two top draw riders in Tobi and tai, replaced by Ryan d ( and no disrespect to him,he's a top class rider) and probably r/r if tai is missing.was going to go to this ( weather permitting) but not now if both are missing.this sport is on its arse and needs to be sorted out real quickly
-
Rather use r/r than Ellis.
-
Good to see Kyle back amongst the points, hoping now his form carries into Thursday and Saturday for the Tigers.
-
Really can't believe some people, yes would be good to see tai stay for rest of the season but honestly? Come on,is he going to be here next season? Kyle has been a loyal servant to Sheffield and a damn good captain too so no,I like Lewis but would rather see Kyle stay.

Accept even...lol

I bet it also affects things as well!

Sheffield v Peterborough Monday 3rd July
Moranboys replied to 4BenMoran's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Yes,and what I don't understand is if it was called off on safety grounds then why did the riders continue to ride in the wet, only to call it off when the rain had stopped and the sun was out...sorry but it was all about getting it to heat ten because the result stands.....hmmmmm now let me see. -
Premiership pairs should be your top two riders...no question,so in no way should it be watered down and that's no disrespect to the riders who are competing.wad going to attend this with my son up to a few days ago but won't bother now.will probably watch on BSN for 11.99 rather than the 60 odd quid that it would have cost.

What time does this start, there's bugger all on Eurosport extra 2 atm..just a sports loop?

Scunny v Redcar 02.06.2023 league
Moranboys replied to ScunnyDan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Enjoyed the racing last night, well done scorpions and take a bow Connor bailey, really attacked the track.now for something a little out of context.what the heck has happened to the food at Scunthorpe? Could always rely on lovely pie and chips or chips and curry sauce, last night it was awful!!!and that's an understatement.the pie was burnt and dry,the chips soggy and pie chips and peas now £7.00.i totally wasted £14 on two portions and the food seems to be poor ever since they moved from the old building.come on Scunthorpe don't lose your tag as the best steak pie in the league.......please!!!! -

Ipswich v Peterborough KOC semi final Thursday 11th May
Moranboys replied to tocha's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
An absolute credit to the sport.legend. -
No surprise there then
-
Not according to met office....rain 3.00pm and again at 5.00pm but nothing much after that.
-
The weather might beat this one.
-
Again supporters get the crappy end of the stick.pedersen signs for p' Boro, lasts a quarter of a lap, crashes then that's the last you see of him, then quits stating the tracks here are too technical so therefore too hard on his body......b.s sort of springs to mind here.then for the p'boro match we are without Tobi ( no fault of his of course) and possibly jack, seriously the sport can never ever be taken seriously again.i'm afraid Poland are now pulling the strings and if this continues British speedway will be doomed.
-
Probably out for a month or so but at least no home meet for three weeks.
-
Again,a farce in the first meeting of the season.if the track was unfit then why wasn't this called off a lot earlier? In these testing times surely another waste of supporters money, wasted trip and wasted time and if the track only became unrideable late on then apologies for this post.

Anyone know what's happening with Kyle?

That's fabulous news for all connected with the club, well done the monarchs.
