Already told you what he can do. The longer he backs Grajczonek in the eco then Josh will take this club for granted even more. Middleditch needs to go. Not an opinion it's a fact. Every single year in the new era of British Speedway he fails miserably at getting the best out of his riders. We are not only losing at home but we are getting battered at home in recent years. These performances wouldn't happen if we had a Rosco/Adams type of man in charge.

I'm just being honest about Middleditch. He's only been successful when he's had teams consisting of at least 2 world class riders. Time to go imo. It's consistently bad every year now. It's not a one off. The manager has to take the blame.

This is all down to Middleditch. Tonight's performance backs up everything I said on the Belle Vue v Poole thread. How many times have we been hammered at home in the new era when Middlo's managerial skills have finally been put to the test?

Shouting at them. Telling them the truth. Stop making excuses for them. Put some pressure on them to perform. And a whole lot more.

New day. New meeting. Middleditch once again failing to get the best out of his riders. Until Middleditch leaves then Pirates fans can expect more of the same.

You can actually. Because the only thing that matters is points. If someone is not scoring points then they should be fired. Put in 110% all you like but if the team isn't getting any points in return for the riders effort then we wont win. Shanes gave it 110% every week but he wasn't good enough to beat an opposing rider and it let the team down. It's the points that matter.....Because points win you meetings........The whole point of a Speedway meeting is to earn yourself and your team points.

Not the point though is it. Sundstrom and Worrall done nothing. Woryna was the better rider of the 3 because he scored in every race before Heat 14.

You're missing the point starman. For example the last 4 league titles we won. 2015 - Janowski & Holder 2014 - Ward, Holder, Janowski, Pawlicki & Milik 2013 - Ward, Hancock & Janowski 2011 - Ward & Holder Therefore we should be winning the league in those years and Middlo's skills aren't being put to the test considering the 1-7's are head and shoulders above the rest. .................................................................................................................... Now in the new era of British Speedway when Poole Speedway is no longer lining up with world class riders Middleditch has done nothing. Done nothing when his managerial skills are now being put to the test whilst having to manage a completely different teams consisting of riders who aren't on the same level as the teams mentioned above. ...................................................................................................................... Since the Elite League has been rebranded as the SGB Premiership this is what has happened at Poole. Every year we get worse. When riders leave Poole they kick on straight away at other clubs. Middleditch consistently makes excuses for under-performing riders. Middleditch hasn't got the best out of anyone. Just like in any sport someone has to take the blame for the performances over the last few years and you have to look at the manager. It's very Arsene Wenger like. All good things must come to an end and people are backing Middleditch on his reputation just like the Arsenal board did with Wenger. Fair enough if it was one bad season then I would just say it's a bad year. But when we've had 3 bad season's on the spin and the majority of riders signed in those 3 years have under-performed then someone has to take the blame.

Easy to win trophies when you have 2 World class riders in the team. Real skills get put to the test when you have to get the best out of 1-7's not containing any world class riders.

Still scored more than Worrall and Sundstrom. Once again Middlo has been successful when he's had teams consisting of world class riders. He has done nothing in the new era and final era of British Speedway.
