I think he's trying to say his bikes too slow, Jacob took it for a spin after the rider interviews last night, did a few laps and practice starts so hopefully he will give Max some feedback

Jacob rode Max's bike after the rider interviews, did 3 starts and a few laps, obviously trying to see if the issue is Max's bike or not, was difficult to tell as he was riding on his own but certainly didn't look as quick to me as on his own bike.

I think Max just needs time to get back into the groove, he was good enough last year, certainly better than he's shown so far this year

Poole are always the bookies favourites, it's the law, doesn't mean they will though. No one really knows how the new race format will pan out yet, or indeed how much strengthening will be possible after 4 home and away meetings. That's a little bit harsh I think, the way I understood it on Wednesday, all 3 of those have been spoken to about coming to Wolves but all 3 decided on moves elsewhere, Bomber and Nicholls to Rye House and Klindt to Poole. I really don't think you can blame CVS and PA for their personal choices
