  1. It was never said in the 3 previous seasons otherwise Peter Kildemand would have been an 8 when he came in for Poole. He got away with it because he was only a reserve in 2017 but was a fully fledged GP rider in 2016 so previous 3 seasons is garbage
  2. Kyle Howarth will be the first name on Wolves team sheet on his current average
  3. Somerset have so far signed Harris, Schlein and Covatti on a combined average of around 22. If they sign for a premiership club aswell with the 1.5 multiplier it will be more like 30. Does that mean these riders have chosen championship over the premiership or have Somerset made a big mistake
  4. Somerset now have Schlein and Bomber, have they forgotten which league they're now in
  5. Piotr Pawlicki isn't a GP rider, he hasnt been since 2017, the same situation as Peter Kildemand Tom Bacon is a real possibility but had a serious injury at the end of this season so will he be fully fit? He may need a season in the championship to fully recover
  6. I think all that 8 point nonsense was put to bed when Peter Kildemand went to Poole as a temporary replacement for Chris Holder
  7. One other thing that was mentioned last night was there are apparently 2 more tv companies interested in tv rights for 2020 when the BT deal runs out
  8. Tai won't be back next year, he is desperate to win back to back world championships. I really don't blame him for that. Freddy has also been asked if he's available next year but has said he won't be riding in the UK next year
  9. CVS pretty much said Howarth will be the first name on his team sheet on his average. Had a few injuries last year which in hindsight he should have probably rested a bit more. Can only see his average improving again next year
  10. If Berntzen wanted to ride UK I would have thought PK would have recommended him for the Olympique, he did however recommend Kling as he is interested in riding over here
  11. Going by CVS's comments last night this team would fit with his thinking, 4 retained from this year, 2 fresh faces, one hasnt ridden uk before and one previous wolf returning Sam Masters 8.11 Nick Morris 6.91 Piotr Pawlicki 7.22? Kyle Howarth 5.06 Jacob Thorssell 7.25 Luke Becker 4.00? Ashley Morris 3.57 Total = 42.12 The new rider to the UK could also be Mateusz Tonder or Joel Kling who were originally going to appear in the Olympique, but I think Becker is the most likely. If it was Kling or Tonder then Pawlicki wouldn't fit probably so the returning rider could be Ricky Wells
  12. 42.5 it is then, lets see how close we get to this
  13. http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/news.php?extend.35805
  14. But there could be a fair number of away meetings on a Wednesday which you would have no control over
  15. Handicap racing would never work in official meetings as it would lead to a levelling out of averages
  16. You're missing the point, Wolves season ticket price is based on a slight saving to guaranteed meetings, however they choose to include any progression in the cup or playoffs. It was a bargain last year, but not so much this year
  17. Wolves season ticket includes all ko cup and playoff home fixtures and even the olympique individual meeting
  18. What would you expect him to score? He got 30+6 over the 4 meetings so matched his average
  19. If the average remains the same at 42.5 eithe masters/Pawlicki or thorssell/Schlein would fit at 3. The only sticking point being the 1 over 8 rule if that remains
  20. Not sure about that, no idea what his average would be but I think CVS will stick with Nathan at 7 next year
  21. I don't think I made myself very clear, i meant the team hyderd suggested was around the 45 mark not the limit
  22. Around the 45 mark I would think, not much chance of that
  23. It has been suggested on another thread that Doyle will be heading to Kings Lynn with Lambert moving to Swindon. Not sure how much truth is in it though
