  1. In your opinion, most referees would have called it the same as Freddy was infront and entitled to choose his line. Like it or not theyre the rules, so not really a wrong exclusion, just one you didnt agree with
  2. Looked good at Monmore in the Olympique, I was very impressed to be honest
  3. Don't know why everyone is singling out Nick Morris, there is plenty of room for improvement with him. I really don't think Wolves have seen the best of him yet. Maybe this year we will.
  4. Personally I think it is unfair to have a team knowingly go into half of their meetings with only 6 riders. It allows them to choose between r/r or a guest they know goes well around an away track. Not really what I want to see, it would be much like Peterborough last year when Ulrich got injured and then continued to run with 6 riders, knowing he was out for the season.
  5. I suggest you ask Scottish speedway fans who they would have been rooting for if it was England, not Team GB. I suspect I know the answer. They are educated enough to realise the massive difference.
  6. He may not have been announced but the Wolves team has been finalised weeks ago, expect Becker and Morris to be the final 2. Will be a major surprise if not
  7. It's not really worked out for him to be honest, the season started with him looking fairly promising but by the end of the season he seemed to have gone backwards. When you look at how Luke progressed in his first season there was just no comparison. Would have been a major surprise to me if he had been retained, his performance in the Olympique was the final nail in the coffin I think, or maybe he'd already been told.
  8. Spot on, in fact he’s advertised one of his uk bikes for sale if anyone’s interested
  9. Pedersen started off 15 metres in heat 2, caught Broc within 1.5 laps then was stuck behind him and couldn't get past. Countless times riders tried the outside line to get past but it just wasn't there
  10. Did you not see Rory's first ride at Monmore last week?
  11. Why, it’s truth, irr only covered his last 2 rides and scored 5 points, what part of that don’t you understand?
  12. Or Sam Masters, if he works out how to ride the Showground it’s all to play for
  13. This reminds me of 2017, Wolves missing Freddie and Jacob for the final, won away at Swindon then lost at home. Still haven’t forgiven Bomber for that night, he was dreadful.
  14. Still have Aces as favourites, Kurtz only scored 5 on his last visit to Alwalton, Etheridge back at reserve and Steve Worrall in much better form lately should see them home imo
  15. No, Andersen, Bomber and Nichols scored 40 of your 46 points between them. You only got 5 from MPT’s rides because he was replaced by Palin after falling and then scored 0 because he tried to ride again, so 5 from his remaining 2 rides which were irr proves my point.
  16. The 1st leg very much fell into place for you guys as r/r for Ostergaard and irr for MPT meant Monmore track specialists Hans, Bomber and Nichols could all take 7 rides each. Don’t try and tell me we should have wiped the floor with you, it doesn’t wash with me. Even Kelvin Tatum said in commentary it actually made you stronger, in fact he said it’s almost unfair. Heats 8 to 15 all included either Bomber or Hans, it’s surprising you only won by 2 points to be honest. If tonight plays into our hands maybe that will just even it out a little bit.
  17. That’s a bit harsh, if you’re an Aces fan you would be gutted if you didn’t travel and it was on.
  18. Proud of the way we battled last night to be honest and never gave up fighting. Only 3 heats didn't feature track specialists Harris and Andersen, only 1 heat didn't feature Harris, Andersen or Nicholls 21 of their 30 rides completed by the trio, surprised we kept it so close to be honest. Really hope the second leg is more of a team event, then we may stand a chance.
  19. Could be 6 aside with no Ostergaard either, I imagine we will see how Nick rides for Leicester. Danny King the most likely guest if we go down that route. Does a guest have to ride in the UK? Thorssell if not
  20. You mean if Jack Holder shows up………literally
  21. Becker or Morris, I think we all know which way that will go
  22. Many riders have done it in the past, it depends how much he wants to I guess, although I'm assuming travel will be easier by then, if it's not then im guessing there will be no season anyway
