  1. Un yet in the GP’s it’s at tapes by the end of 2 minutes and they often take the shortcut. H&S gone mad I’m afraid.
  2. You’re a bit out with that logic, 51 from the first leg plus 33 is 84, 90 points required for a draw. If top 3 score 30, they need 9 from the other 3 to match the 39 Sheffield got at the NSS
  3. I have a funny feeling Josh Pickering may be at Wolves next year.
  4. Easy, Tai came in way before the end of the season. 5 home meetings prior to playoffs, not sure how many away.
  5. Just guessing maybe because you said this “If you say so why do promoters treat and think fans are dumb the big secrets etc when the fans pay everyone's wages and promoters always tell the truth don't they ” and this “Poole promoter would say that other promoters didn't agree did they especially the Birmingham promotion “ maybe think a bit more in future before posting, just a suggestion
  6. The August no team changes rule is still there. It even says the only team change can be a rider returning from injury.
  7. That’s the the thing though it is against the rules, trouble is the rules are written so badly they can be exploited at will. Strange how we were refused permission to use Tai when Freddy and Jacob got injured in the 2017 semi final. Then again, I doubt we threatened legal action over it.
  8. 1. Attempted to sign Tai for home meetings only 2. Attempted to circumvent the Polish rules to sign Dan Bewley 3. Announced Jake Allen as a temporary signing while they search for a proper no. 1 with no provision in the rules to do so. 4. Sign Lambert as injury replacement after 28th August deadline by threatening legal action if not allowed to do so. I really hope they balls it up or it’ll leave a very sour taste in the mouth
  9. No they didn't, check your facts idiot, they hadn't even qualified for the playoffs when Tai signed at least 5 meetings before the playoffs
  10. You’re totally missing the point, team declarations must be completed prior to the start of the SEASON. After which a transfer window opens once 25% of league fixtures are completed. The Allen Zagar change shouldn’t have been allowed at that time
  11. Rightly or wrongly the long term injury rule only applies up to 28th August after which a rider returning from injury is the only change allowed
  12. Leon Flint got his first double figure points haul in his last home meeting. He’s coming along nicely. If it weren’t for the rising star programme he wouldn’t have got his chance. As it stands if it is dropped next year, he will still be one of the first names on the team sheet.
  13. It could go either way, which ever team gets their act together at home will win the tie. Wolves are capable of getting a big win at home if we get the track set up right (weather permitting)
  14. Please please please read what you’ve just quoted in your last post, it was copied and pasted from the official regulations. incase you’re struggling it’s the 11th word, starts in s and ends in n. I do wish people would read them before quoting on this forum. I can give you a link for spec savers if you’re still struggling. n case you don’t believe me here’s the link for the 2022 regulations. read them with a huge dose of humble pie. http://www.scbgb.co.uk/regulations
  15. 010.3 TEAM DECLARATIONS Teams must be declared prior to the start of the season. Changes must be made at least 3 days before the start time of the meeting at which it is intended to be used. Exactly, initial declaration has Jake Allen listed, with no transfers until 25% of the season is completed. Which part of dubious do people not understand?
  16. Again, the regs don’t say that, “teams must be declared before the start of the season”. Is or is not the league cup part of the season, hence dubious. Nowt to do with transfer window but initial declaration deadline.
  17. I seem to remember Belle Vue making a rather dubious change outside of the transfer window (Allen for Zagar)
  18. You lot make me laugh how you remember things. If by disgracefully sacked you mean replaced a rider who had come back from a lengthy injury lay off and scored 0 points in his first meeting back and clearly still didn’t look right then fair enough but that’s definitely not how it was.
  19. Don’t tell me you wouldn’t go if they got to the final, if not then then why are you still on here?
  20. It’s not a new regulation though and hasn’t been bent in the past. We lost Freddy and Jacob Thorssell to injury in the 2017 semi-final (against BV) and had to make do with Chris Harris and RR for both legs of the final against Swindon. Why should Belle Vue be treated any differently?
  21. Unyet they still managed to fit in all their meetings, why have others failed to do so?
  22. I can’t believe you’d suggest such a thing. Just an off night I’m sure
