  1. Pearson rotates his limited vocabulary at random...not sure he knows what his next words are. Seems to think shouting down the mike will have more effect. Personally I would like them to forget this dual announcers and let Tatum do it himself
  2. Full credit to Mattt Williamsonrode well and very pleased fo him.
  3. The best Glasgow can hope for is a good win . Realistically the overall result is set in stone.
  4. Plenty of time for the forecast to change radically.... usually at least 4 different forecasts during the race day. Forecasters are pretty crap really
  5. Excellent win for Dan Bewley...his first individual speedway title. Well deserved ... his last two rides were very special ...showing his ability from the back Disappointed with the number of withdrawals. First of many titles to come I think.
  6. To get back to the meeting rather than back biting. A hard fought match with difficult track conditions due to the amount of rain that had fallen. After 30 heats the Aces snatched it on the last race. Bewley was magnificent last night and the Aces team got the verdict Amazed that THJ performed so poorly even at reserve. Glad that ther referee's cock up in the first match did not make any difference in the end.
  7. Not surprising with the weather and it's effect on both the size of the crowd and the quality of the racing
  8. All over Wolves will not lose the aggregate score after tonight even with riders missing as there are riding in Edinburgh
  9. Now arranged for tomorrow... so probably not able to get a flight to uk and return flight for tomorrow
  10. Probably because it favoured those teams with a big home advantage like Exeter where many riders hated going.
  11. Anyone who missed Saturday , missed a brilliant meeting. Sadly the number of riders dropping out at the last minute has put people off. I remember going to Swindon only to find. 3 top riders had pulled out and a lot of brassed off people vowing not to go next year. This damage needs to be repaired.
  12. Sadly only rain in Lublin has postponed Mondays meeting. So the ludicrous ruling is still in existence. Great to have Kenneth in tomorrow
  13. As you have already pointed out, he will have a " sick note" and that in itself however crooked or not stops any action against him. The authorities will not challenge the doctor's note. Common sense says you cannot be fit to ride on Friday , unfit Saturday and miraculously fit to ride on Sunday. As with many other riders , they are picking their meetings when it suits them
  14. Excellent meeting. Lots of super racing with plenty of passing. King well under performed. Long may the PRC meeting be held at Belle Vue.
  15. Lambert, Fricke and Lindgren rode in Cloppenberg yesterday. Confident that Fricke and Lindgren will be at Belle Vue ... so why not Robert Lambert ?
  16. 5 guests , one r/r and Danny Ayres Cradley fans should have stayed way in protest. What a mess we have got in to. Fixed nights are a must next year in order to stop all of these clashes
  17. You will be disappointed that Lakeside want to back in the top league then
  18. Firstly credit to the quality of the track.... doubt if any other British track would have taken such a battering re rain and within half an hour be ready to start racing. Secondly, a big-plaudit for the riders who came out and gave it their all... they were all a credit to the sport.
  19. Aussies and Kiwis have been riding in Britain since 1928 and long may it last. Holder is lashing out regards the consequences of his actions. Doyle has already stated he will ride if there is a fixed night .
  20. Very impressed with drew kemp at the BYC at Belle Vue last month
  21. With a fully fir Fricke and Beley ,I would give us a good chance of getting to the Final. Otherwise. It will be a difficult but not impossible task
  22. Very disappointing performance from Rye House... expected a much tougher match. Well done Jack Smith ... keep it up
