If you read the speedway star you will see that there was a vast array of creditors owed vast amounts of money by the previous promotion at Plymouth but as the star said surprisingly there was no money owed to riders on there,I will leave that one for discussion on why Kurtz for the last few months was so shocking and the rest of the riders were not.people saying it was all down to not getting paid well he was not riding in the top league so how was he surviving if he was not getting any money was he surviving on thin air? the person who runs the Plymouth forum is a very dear friend of mine there may well be a reason for what's gone on remember there is always two sides to every story,it may well just be an oversight but what I do no 100% is that the gentleman in question does not have a malicious bone in his body.

I reckon that the average crowd last year was 4-500 now please point out if I'm wrong but with those sort of figures you should be able to put together a pretty competitive team for this league,I'm excited by it all I wasn't at first but am now we have proper owners who are willing to listen to the fans it's there business of course it is but they seem willing to listen which is a good thing I'm looking forward to taking on lakeside,Birmingham,cradley Eastbourne and the others so can't wait to find out who our new riders will be I'm sure we will be challenging for honours and someone has got to stop Birmingham why not us.bring it on.

Congratulations to the two new owners of Plymouth speedway both come with a good background in the sport yes it's the national league but I'm pretty convinced with these guys contacts we will be very competitive.

I really do believe they will have to try and sign some of the top national league riders I think people are slowly coming round to the idea of national league but I think they will want a winning team not a team of wobblers that's what the mdl is for developing riders for the national league and beyond if they go down that route they will be in trouble before they even start.
