Gutted to be missing my first home meeting in donkeys years,hope we win on the night but I’m realistic to no Poole will have to have an absolute shocker for us to go through on aggregate.

Very rare off night for both of the twins.

I understand your pain remember we had rogers sniffing around our club not so long ago I believe he had some wonderful ideas how to spend others money but wasn’t prepared to part with any of his iwn.

Reading what everyone is posting is very interesting how ironic that the club that has done this to a young English talent who was very good against my team last Tuesday is run by the person who is the chairman of British speedway I feel sorry for joe Thompson I really do.

Well done Poole probably enough of a lead we lose by 18 but it doesn’t take a genius to work out where the match was put out of our reach and unfortunately whilst Poole have Newman at reserve and fair play to them for that the same will happen next week it was an improvement on last time but no stupid comments like some might make sometimes you have to say on the night we were beaten by the better team.

Because Douglas only had 1 bike in the pits I believe does seem a bit weird that none of his real teammates leant him a bike he had to borrow one off there guest. It was a good meeting though we (Plymouth )are just a bit to weak at reserve so I can’t see any aggregate bonus points coming gilkes was excellent but we were lucky complin wasn’t on it tonight and palm toft was not his usual self, but a wins a win.

The funniest moment for me tonight was when a Poole fan told me that I was not being sporting when we got a 5-1 and then she was booing barker you couldn’t make it up a tad hypocritical that one but like I say Poole are still the team to beat.

Squeaky bum that was, I don’t no why middlditch was moaning but worrall clearly drove underneath barker and knocked him off some very nice Poole fans there tonight but also some classless ones when booing barker in the rerun good night and Poole are a very good team.

You will probably be better off no offence to anders.on a tight technical track collarbones and finger injuries would be very painful.

I don’t no for definite Lisa but I think Tuesday and Tuesday only but I could be wrong, this is argyles last Tuesday game so I really think the crowd will be impacted I hope not anyway our teams will do battle again next year when argyle are playing Southampton in the league.

And argyle are at home to Bristol rovers and in touch of promotion bad idea to run on Tuesday but if that’s the only dates available what can you do .

Embarrassing, embarrassing, and Plymouth deserve all the flak they will get for this I feel sorry for the people who have paid to go and watch this I’m in pain from a distance no one however much of a diehard fan wants to see this it’s going to do wonders for Plymouth next week when Poole come to town will people go speedway thinking we have no chance or go argyle who have a chance of promotion or just keep there money in there pocket pull your finger out Plymouth.

That’s two meetings now and he hasn’t won a race on the flip side I saw Scott Nichols tonight who is still quality on and off the track.

Just got home from the meeting 2 weeks ago I saw a bloke wobbling around the track was very fearful and then I saw young turner tonight and he was different class beating the riders he should and others the biggest worry was barker and I’ve always defended him but he was awful now I don’t ride a bike and some on here might think i shouldn’t say it but I have Oxford we’re deserved winners I’ve no problem with that but he better improve and quick because the way the team has been set up we can’t carry any passengers.

No it isn’t it seems very logical to me.

Is that what it was Arthur I played on it and never new, just out if interest why did the football club move from Wimborne road I’ve got in my mind the original team folded but I could be way off the mark with that.

I hope you do don’t get me wrong with the news of wolves today we as a sport cannot afford to lose another track imagine losing Poole and wolves at the end of this season 2 flagship clubs for our sport it would be a tragedy for all concerned and as much as I like giving the occasional dig to the Poole fans lol I certainly do not want them to shut.I remember about 30 years ago playing football at Wimborne road in the beazer homes league against Poole and I’d never seen anything like it before because they had to have Astro turf pieces put in to take corners because of the shape of the pitch and thinking how the bloody hell can the fans see us as they were so far away because I think the dog track was outside the pitch and then the speedway track it could have been the other way around but certainly were good times and we won .

I think Poole will win but make the most of it Poole fans as you might keep putting us down but next season you might not have a track of your own to race us on .
