I have nothing against Rory Schlein nothing at all but when you see what young Thompson done last night and Rory is Australian I find that one a bit bizarre for me and maybe I’m cutting my nose off to spite my face but if you don’t ride in the British championship you don’t deserve to ride for Britain or am I being a bit harsh I no Poland have all the top riders in there league but there would be hell on if zmarzlik didn’t ride in his national championship.

Thompson is a good little rider I was looking forward to seeing him Tommorow for Plymouth but our meeting is off because of the crap weather I genuinely can’t remember our last home meeting we certainly didn’t have one last month that I can remember summer sport and my team seem to get rained off every Tuesday .

I don’t see what the problem is Poole can do what they want it’s there track, just like any other team can do what they want to there track it seems if there is some sour grapes just because there successful.at the end of the day we are all playing catch up and some people don’t like it and will moan about anything to do with the pirates.

It’s such a shame as the bloke is a talented rider refusing to take the 2nd test guilty or innocent people for the rest of his career will be suspicious,if he’s guilty and I’m not saying he is as I have no facts apart from what I read on here for me it’s a life ban you might find that very draconian but if someone is not in control riding a bike at that speed due to taking something they shouldn’t just imagine if it’s your loved one he injured doesn’t bear thinking about I for one just hope he’s had a mad moment by refusing but that refusal will always put doubts in peoples minds.

Fair enough, I take your point on bored and we move on.but if you saw the pictures from the track last night it was never going to happen. It’s happened now and roll on next week.

I said I hope for an early call on this one as it could cost the promoter a fortune otherwise and now it has very unfortunately and I see no fun in that none at all, I’m embarrassing to Plymouth speedway just because I’m not wearing the rose tinted glasses you wear I see how hard the promoter works and he deserves applause for that. I’m the sort of fan speedway doesn’t need coming from you, some of the people you have badger baited on here you make me laugh ( mostly Poole fans) some you have even got down right personal on, isn’t that called bullying.some people I will take criticism you not a chance.

What a waste of petrol that was, but that’s nothing compared to the 3 old age pensioners who I was talking to in the car park who had travelled all the way from Paignton to say they were not amused would be an under estimation.

I understand that a fair play for trying but the weather isn’t easing up and you have to lift them covers up at some point and no one would want to pay for half a meeting I hope I’m wrong I really do but I’ll be leaving it till the last minute to make a call weather I go or not.

Absolutely hammering down with rain in Plymouth now I hope an early call is made on this one for the fans and the promoter so he doesn’t lose a fortune as people won’t come out if there’s a chance it will be off.

Could go either way this one Plymouth should win but I’ve said that a few times this season but as a caution there’s a fair bit of rain around Tuesday morning/ early afternoon.

I’ve got the facts,mark and good on him has said in the speedway star exactly what I was seeing with my own eyes every Tuesday he’s realised it tasked the team manager with sorting it out let’s hope he does then we can all enjoy a good end to the season starting tonight as for saying football is a poor comparison there both professional sports aren’t they and I was using an example of the 2 sports I follow that’s all. If your happy with the answers you have got and there the same as what’s in the speedway star I’m very surprised at that as the promoter isn’t happy so how are you.

I’ve just read the Plymouth bit in the speedway star this week where the promoter amongst other things says and I quote there is a lack of team bonding in the pits at the moment they all seem to be pulling towards there own individual problems and not working as a team. I am hoping Garry can turn that around and get them all gelling a bit they are meant to be team not individual scorers I praise the honesty of the interview that’s all I need to no . Is that what he said to you lewy as like you said you speak to him a lot. I certainly got my answers just by buying the trade magazine.

Lewy when argyle lose shall I book an appointment to see the manager and the chairman get real.it’s a professional sport isn’t it and this is a forum to talk about things Jesus some of the things you have said about Poole in the past and there fans have been pretty harsh or have you forgot that there job is to put a winning team out on the track and it’s not happening and I’m just wondering why.

Fair enough, I take your point on board I don’t agree with it but your entitled to your opinion on a forum just like I am.the ins and outs don’t interest me, I just want value for money from watching my team and at the moment it’s not happening when my football team lose I get the hump also by the way, because I love my sport sorry if I sounded to harsh I just find it perplexing why something is not being done to stop the rot .just like a lot of other fans are wondering the same thing as I said if it’s financial fine I get it if riders don’t want to come here because it’s a Tuesday track I get that also.but if people no then everyone supporters that is would be a lot more understanding.

I like to read all the posts but I’d like to hear from the promotion what there going to do to halt this shocking season most teams make changes when it’s going belly up not Plymouth (at the moment) but need to I hear there are a lack of riders but other teams managing it if it’s down to money that’s fair enough I’ll except that the financial crisis is hitting everyone but. It’s the wall of silence which is worrying.

Got to be a bit careful what I say here because my team gets battered home and away, but in Poole terms that’s a bit of a hiding while I say that a bit tongue in cheek because I’m not used to seeing it I hope other fans from Plymouth do not come on here to gloat at that result because we have nothing to gloat about be interesting the next time they meet at Wimborne road, Oxford dark horses to win it anyone.

Well done Birmingham the fans and the promoter deserved that great first meeting from Batchelor as well.
