  1. If Eurosport are covering it next year then hopefully their camera work is better than BT's has been in recent weeks.
  2. Denmark side is; Niels-Kristian Iversen, Kasper Andersen, Mikkel Bech Jensen, Rasmus Jensen, Hans Andersen, Matias Nielsen, Benjamin Basso Also, Anders Rowe replaces Kyle Bickley.
  3. What was the point of replacing Sarjeant with Allen in heat 11? Neither were likely to beat Doyle or Ellis, would have been better getting Sarjeant's 3rd ride out of the way then leaving Allen for 14
  4. GB: Craig Cook Lewis Kerr Adam Ellis Dan Bewley Charles Wright Drew Kemp Anders Rowe Denmark: Niels-Kristian Iversen Kasper Andersen Mikkel Bech Jensen Rasmus Jensen Hans Andersen Matias Nielsen Benjamin Basso http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/news.php?extend.37610
  5. Thursday looks okay to me, a chance of some light showers late afternoon but clear in the evening
  6. That was the strange one for me, I thought it would be 50/50 whether he put all 4 back or excluded Becker for causing the incident so was surprised when Morris was excluded. Personally I thought given the conditions that all 4 back would have been the right call.
  7. This 'assault' by Cook at the Fours a couple of years ago always gets mentioned on here yet the alleged victim denied it happened.. http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/84674-championship-fours-0608-peterborough/&do=findComment&comment=3031391
  8. Well done to Glasgow and good luck in the final. Another couple of good meetings for Rowe. Interesting that you often get riders who spend a month or two at reserve hitting big scores and then seem to struggle when they move up whereas in his case he was doing a solid job, forced to move up because of the team changes and has responded really well. Looks like a good sign for his future that he's able to adapt to that challenge quickly.
  9. Congrats to Ipswich, good luck in the final. With THJ carrying an injury I was surprised he was riding last night tbh, never likely to score much so expected Poole to use it as an opportunity for a guest.
  10. Strange meeting but credit to Poole for that comeback, would expect them to make the final now. Dismal 2nd half of the meeting from Ipswich though, only Harris even looked like beating a Poole rider.
  11. I'm sure I read a quote from him saying that in the Speedway Star around this time last year.
  12. Didn't Schlein say last year he would be retiring at the end of this season?
  13. I think this message came up if you were just using www. at the start of the web address but https://www. worked fine
  14. Would like to see Emil win but this is Zmarzlik's title to lose now.
  15. Rowe seems to have done a good job at 2 since he moved there, certainly in the home meetings.
  16. Apparently the Exeter side is; Henry Atkins, Jon Armstrong, Ben Morley, Chad Wirtzfeld, Ryan Terry Daley, Saul Bulley and Kai Ward
  17. Was it at Poole by any chance? Might have explained the state of the track in recent years
  18. I don't think Kelvin has ever recovered from them getting rid of Moley
  19. Whoever is in the series it's almost certain there will be 2/3/4 riders who are adrift over the course of the season and don't really look like having a chance of winning a GP. I agree that it would be nice to see some new faces but if the likes of Zagar and Iversen qualify then they deserve to be there. Would be different if they were being given a wildcard year after year but if they are proving themselves as the best of the rest in these meetings then fair enough.
  20. Can't disagree with that. Always been a fan of his but he's not going to be competitive if he makes it back into the series. Can't fault him for having the belief that he can still improve but also needs to be realistic.
  21. Harris' record at Gorican in the GPs was very good, certainly can't rule him out here
  22. Not sure what the options are but being forced into making changes I'd be tempted to move Kurtz on as well, still only leaves about 13 though.
  23. Don't think it helped Atkins that he started off with no NL place so just had Championship meetings, he seemed to be scoring okay until his injury as well. Hopefully he'll regain his confidence with Mildenhall and come back stronger next season.
