  1. Great to see how well Lambert has progressed this season, some of the criticism he got last year was ridiculous especially when you consider the injuries he had.
  2. Looks as though some county cricket sides are confident the October date for supporters returning could be brought forward if test events are successful.
  3. Some live sport has returned but BT are giving 50% credit for June. Will be done automatically if you applied for previous months, if you haven't then it should be available on their website from June 1st.
  4. There's every chance we'll be back/still in lockdown in the winter anyway. Thousands die from flu/pneumonia, all it needs is a few hundred of them being listed as Covid and people will start demanding it again.
  5. They're all listed on the TV guide on the BT website so I assume they're correct, haven't actually watched any myself to confirm!
  6. GP highlights continue this week, again BT Sport 2 at 9.30am Monday - Wroclaw Tuesday - Malilla Wednesday - Teterow Thursday - Cardiff Friday - Vojens (8.30am) Friday - Torun
  7. A few things being repeated this week, all on BT Sport 2; Tomorrow - True Grit - 10pm Thursday - Highlights of 2019 Warsaw GP - 9.30am Thursday - Highlights of 2019 Krsko GP - 10.30am Friday - Highlights of 2019 Prague GP - 9.30am Friday - Highlights of 2019 Hallstavik GP - 10.30am
  8. Anyone who applied for the month's credit from BT Sport, this has now been extended to 2 months. Should be done automatically so no need to apply again. Looks as though they will add another too if there's no live sport in June.
  9. Schlein - Harris Nicholls - R Worrall Lawson - Kennett
  10. https://www.bt.com/sport-support-options That page gives you the option of choosing the donation or one-month credit
  11. As a new poster your first few messages have to be approved by a moderator, sometimes this can take time and so it drops down past topics people have already read. I've only just noticed this myself for that reason. This post should bump it back up to the top, hopefully it will get noticed and you receive plenty of bids
  12. And every time he's supposedly on a bargain average.. which then drops further. Would have been a miracle if he'd completed the season anyway so probably not a bad thing to have to make the change now. Grobauer showed some promise last year and will do a decent job
  13. http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/news.php?extend.37920
  14. Happy to be proved wrong on yesterday's post, excellent signing
  15. Don't think there is anyone who'd be available close to BWD's average, so I guess the choice will end up being between starting the season well under the limit or making another change. Not fair at all on Stoneman but he'd probably be the one to make way, if so looking at those who rode CL last season it's probably down to Lasse Bjerre or Todd Kurtz + Nathan Greaves
  16. I thought I remembered Grachan posting something similar before so I've done a quick check and found these 2 posts which confirm he did..
  17. He averaged over 6 in Somerset's last PL season and again for Peterborough last year until his injury so he's clearly capable of more in the CL. I don't see much difference between him and Jake Allen tbh, last season together at Somerset in 2018 BWD averaged slightly higher, last season Allen similarly slightly higher.
  18. Disappointing for BWD, no doubt that if he could have a good run of staying fit he's capable of averaging 8+, he just doesn't seem to have that luck. Even more difficult to fit him in next year because that average will be well above 9 with the conversion rate.
  19. Surprised by this despite the rumours. Certainly a gamble from Ipswich but given the clear lack of options for that number 1 spot it's one worth taking and hopefully it pays off.
  20. It's obviously a difficult job so any help from experts who've proven they can produce a track which provides good racing can only be a positive.
  21. The AGM statement made mention of the KO Cup and Shield details being confirmed after Newcastle's future had been resolved. The Cup draw was released 12 days later on the 27th November so I guess they quietly scrapped the Shield and hoped nobody would notice!
  22. They weren't blocked. The standalone clubs understandably wanted more meetings whilst Belle Vue, Kent, Leicester and Armadale obviously have PL/CL fixtures that take priority and couldn't fit in the extra meetings. The U21 qualifiers and the Riders Championship/Fours/Pairs also went to Mildenhall, Plymouth and IOW to give them the extra meetings they wanted. I'm sure those 3 would be happy to have Newcastle included as well
  23. The NL Trophy currently has IOW, Plymouth and Mildenhall (1 home, 1 away) so if Newcastle were accepted they'd have 3 home meetings and some lengthy travelling. The NL AGM statement also mentions new rules for trophy meetings; * Immediately prior to the meeting, the away team manager will select two races between Heats 5 and 12 inclusive where the highest-averaged rider from each team in that race will start from a 15-metre handicap. * Between Heats 5 and 12 inclusive (except for the races pre-selected as above), an additional tactical option is available to a team six or more points in arrears who can, on one occasion, select gate positions for the following race.
