Makes it a bit awkward if Sheffield win the other semi-final, although I see they have their 2nd leg on Wednesday so assume that would be the case for the final also!

I saw that also but I'm guessing they meant just the first meeting or two had 3000. Remember being there for the opening night and some of the finals in the NL days and they had excellent crowds, real shame that they've fallen so low since then and been put in this position. Given his comments recently it wouldn't surprise me to see Grajczonek riding for Plymouth if they do stay in the PL.

Real shame for Doyle, been great to see him having such a good year and would have been a deserving world champion, now it looks like he may not even finish in the top 3. Hopefully he recovers well and comes back stronger next year.

I'm sure Poole will be interested in signing Lindback again next year. In the interests of fairness, and given that he didn't quite do enough meetings to attain a true average this season, it should be allowed that a new average is given based upon his 2016 Elite League form. 5 points from 5 rides therefore means that Antonio Lindback is now available on an average of 4.
