That is actually a very good point about Holder's u21 commitments aswell as his contract with Torun. At present the guest choice would be minimal at number 1

He also said last season that the likes of Cook, Bjerre, Thomsen etc all fell within the said budget, therefore I can't imagine we're a low budget team by PL standards. Unless of course some riders think they're worth more than they actually are...

Holder and Wilson-Dean have big improvement in them, Starke I'm not so sure.
