Agree. But really don't see what changes could be made now. Let's see how it goes, BWD will step into the main body and will be replaced by Lambert who we won't be able to carry.
Starke, Ostergaard and Hansen were very good
Holder was very inconsistent 2 wins, a gifted second and a last place
They appeared to struggle getting BWD's bikes going.
Lambert was just Lambert, no shortage of effort, some erratic riding but in general slow. I do hope he enjoys his big day Sunday though.
BWD needs to be cleaning up at reserve to make using a 5 pointer at reserve worthwhile over a number 1 for example.
This also has to be the season that Simon Lambert kicks on from being a second string/reserve at PL level.
This team needs to go unbeaten at home and cannot carry any passengers.
Agree on the above. Expected more from both.
Ostergaard, Starke and Hansen were a joy to watch as were MPT and Wallner for Scunny.
Holder and 2 good rides and 2 poor rides.
Bacon got beaten by Campos but scored 3 points which will do. Was leading heat 2 before it was stopped.
Good crowd, freezing night.
Hope Kerr is ok on the same bend as his big smash at the 4's
Where's Holder's club race suit?
It'll be interesting to see how we get on against scunny Friday as it's vital that a team built to win at home lays down a marker
For a team geared up to rely on home form, it certainly was disappointing to be hammered in such a way.
Take King out of that side and replace him with a 2 pointer and it's a championship side that still would have won the meeting comfortably.
Need to beat scunthorpe Friday to set a marker.
This 100% Kerr beating Holder in 15 was slightly worrying.
Expected to lose but not by that many with the majority of the Coventry riders being pl riders who we will come up against this season. Hopefully just a bedding in exercise.
Why wasn't holder wearing team kevlars?
Wonder what Jack Holder thinks of the situation? Both Poole and Panthers and standing firm and rightly so. Especially considering Panthers race at home on Sundays.
