It's far too easy to say relax work permits or bring in more riders etc pretty sure we'd all like another 50 young kids on a production line but more needs to be done to develope them in the first place but if bspa act now they could have a good 20-30+ new riders in the sport within 5 years -

I think also fixed nights will open up more opportunity for riders from Denmark and Sweden etc. So in theory they could under new rules only allow Brits to double up But if they are smart? If team building in an expanded national league was limited points wise then it would wipe out most Brits apart from young riders or those lower end riders Some riders make do with having one club, the sport can't owe all the time -

Yeah that's a good one or said rider is fined and excluded from his next ride or goes off 15 meters himself -

I think someone said weeks ago that maybe premiership racing will suit Foxhall better in terms of racing as it's only ever so slightly a higher calibre of rider in the field? For me I'd like to see it to test that theory -

Marketing wise I'd like to see bspa give away title and associate sponsorship to businesses for free -

Racing wasn't actually that good to be fair so he has a point maybe boring boring as opposed to boring boring boring -

I think if it's rephrased everyone would agree Nicholas did not deliberately fence greaves I don't think that was his intention but he used his experience to put a more less experienced rider into a pressurised situation but got it wrong and it was unfortunate that Nathan ended up on his bottom and excluded Every rider no matter how experienced can make a mistake, but at least it got the crowd going, for a moment I thought I was at an MMA event -

I look forward to the mastermind Sheffield edition As the Poole fan said Sheffield won it, move on to the cup -

If greaves had fallen in the middle of the track then the fence would not of been touched, so maybe it was the ghost of Foxhall that banged the fence up -

Nicholas definitely had greaves in the fence without question, greaves had the outside line and was ahead, Scott turned into him that was intentional but did he mean to put him in the fence, probably not Greaves has been riding the crest of a wave recently and maybe another youngster would have shut off completely, can say racing incident but the wrong guy got excluded Sure if Scott is back next year all will be forgiven, he played his part in an entertaining evening and quite sure he enjoyed winding the crowd up a little too, he did so with a smile on his face Congratulations Sheffield, was there really 4500 there? -

It is what I would call a hard move, one you would put on say a Danny king or Rory schlein in a sense of saying "I'm here this is my piece of the track" but to do it in a way to a reserve who you'd expect to beat in the remaining laps was a little unnecessary If Nathan had done it to Scott you'd have people slating him saying he shouldn't be riding speedway -

CookieIpswich replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If you were among the Sheffield fans then correct Nicholas was ahead by that point, but prior to that Scotty turned right into greaves to squeeze him into the fence and should have been excluded, let's just say Scott used his experience there Plus the ref couldn't see because of the position of the tractor, why he did it who knows, pretty sure Scott would have passed Nathan within the next 3 and a half laps! Speedway certainly needs a few more pantomime villains -

50-40 based on the last 5 home scores so ending with a win bit not enough -
True that and its a £300+ risk but I set aside a budget for marketing/budget maybe speedway will grasp it at some stage, hope they still get a good turnout £10 enter will speed up the turnstiles tho as no need to dither with change
