My bruv left Liden at 640..stuck on 419 for ages..turned back. I'm sure there were more than just over 2000 there, as claimed on Points West. Would have been lot more without tv coverage, better weather, and better access and parking. Would have peed off local homeowners but at least they got free firework display.

Good feature on Robins on BBC Points West tv.

I don't think Lee Kirby has done bugger all for the Town but Lee Kilby has been very active with sponsors and promoting the sport. I think he lives in Tooting..I wish I had his bloody energy! Tickets bought for the end of season bash on November 1..should be fun!

Fantastic, thats what sport is all about! Just watching the videos.

Great boost for the Town, not just the thousands watching at the stadium and on tv/radio. With all the worries about Honda and redundancies, brings a smile to peeps faces. Robins fans from Wales, South coast, Surrey, etc., Had to laugh at the guy, think hes from Gloucester, wearing loads of scarves, almost hysterical, and fans with no top on, unfortunately male! Was like a footie match!

Who are your top five riders in 2019.

I've only got one thing to say on the matter...HI HO SWINDON ROBINS!!! Double winners.

What a fantastic season. Great riders and fans. The passion that Lee Kilby has. Well done to Terry Russell and everyone at the club. Best atmosphere ever at The Abbey last night with the singing and chanting.

It leaves Swindon as Bayern Munchen!

You will just have to go back to supporting Swindon Robins and Swindon Town.

The death knell for Swindon crowdwise was when they went from Saturday to Thursday, then spending years scratching around outside the top league. Shame to see a famous club like Poole dropping down, not good for League speedway. Those eagerly awaited Knobs v Moonrakers clashes no more. Another derby gone.

I will be in a packed noisy crowd, weather permitting, at the Tangerine Arena tonight for Swindon v Ipswich Grand Final second leg. Crowds are up at Swindon, so team sport still alive and kicking. Pity about Poole Pirates dropping down though GO ROBINS!!!

Do Poole fans really want to drop down, my mate in Holton Heath isn't happy!
