Very surprised at how poor Cradley were today. Was amazed to see Ben Basford pop up from behind the fence after that awful looking smash, these speedway riders are tough. Witnessed an impressive performance from Jordan Jenkins today, huge future ahead of him. Nice to see lots of Cradley supporters today, been to Monmore to watch a couple of meetings this season and always enjoy the atmosphere.

Anyone remember Drury's stunt of somehow getting Danny King and Tony Dart at reserve for the Knockout Cup Final against Rye House? Not sure what year it was but Drury was certainly known for those sort of stunts, be surprised if anyone has sympathy for him.

I'm sure it's all good experience for him and it would be brilliant to see another Brit qualify but surely he's not ready for a full year in the GP's? Saying that, Dudek, Kasprzak and Pawlicki for me. Don't think we'll ever see Hampel ride in a GP again.

I understand Kevin Jolly's issue regarding Williamson replacing Chessell but what does he really want? Cradley are working within the permitted rules. Also, does he want the fans to turn up and watch Mildenhall race against Clegg and Morris and then, with no disrepect to Basford, Andrews and Cupitt but three three pointers and then another one that would have to be bought in. Speedway is still an entertainment sport and without a third heat leader, the meeting would've been over after ten or eleven heats. He's messed up terribly here and it'll be very interesting to see what happens. Excuse my ignorance, but is he in sole charge of Mildenhall speedway?

Don't see the issue here? Peterborough have their GB rider, he's just done well so is promoted into the main team. Speedway is still a result's business, Peterborough have every right to make a move they feel will strengthen their side.

Should be a cracking meeting. Can't see how anyone can think Wajtknecht won't be giving it his all because of the Under 21 semi on Saturday. I think if they had any concerns about being injured, they wouldn't be speedway riders at all! Birmingham by 10 for me.

I might be wrong but I'm sure I read an interview with Shanes saying he wasn't ready. He was brilliant at Mildenhall this year and certainly looked good enough. I feel like Louis would give his first chance to Hume if he decided replace Ritchings but it must be too early for him. Who knows though, a couple more meetings and Ritchings could improve like Castagna has. Has Ritchings been off the pace or just not quite good enough?

Well done Tai Woffinden. From the amount of posts on this thread compared to his British Championship antics, it's clear to see people are happier to complain and slag off riders rather than hand out praise. Excellent work from Tai, hopefully a couple of youngsters will see the long term benefits.

I was another who's main reason to go to West Row yesterday was to watch Adam Ellis. The rules allow it and I don't see the issue personally. Dan Halsey beating him in heat 1 shows that he will lose races. I'm sure the Mildenhall top three would've been looking forward to trying to get one over on him. Very impressive start for Sam Bebee, looking calm and composed. Think Mildenhall will do ok this year but might struggle away from home. Think Charley Powell will get better once he learns to overtake. Had the pace on Bebee a couple of times yesterday but just couldn't get past.

How long is Sky's current deal? Can see them walking away soon.
