I am relatively new to speedway - I only really started following it closely half way through last season (and now love it - I'm annoyed at having ignored it for so long!). Some things in the sport do baffle me - and having these two meetings on the same day is one of those things. I know teams have set race nights etc so there's not all that much flexibility - but there's only 28 league fixtures a season - do they need to squeeze two on the same day? And with Good Friday traffic it could be a tight turnaround getting everyone there! Could tonight's postponed game not just have been played later in the summer? Anyway, this is my first post and I don't want to moan because there's generally enough of that on forums already - and all in all I'm excited for the season ahead. Plus if it turns out to be two cracking meetings, then what a bumper day it will be...
