  1. The proof will be in the pudding. Lets not right the poor lad off before he even starts, if he turns out to have a bright future then happy days. Think back to some of the unknown young Aussies that made their mark at Lynn and of course Robert Lambert
  2. Nothing like being dropped in at the deep end! Hopefully Kai will settle in quickly.
  3. At least they have connected the internet at Lynn again
  4. If thats what we have to look forward to then sorry Kings Lynn but I dont think I will be rushing to watch this season. Ben Barker... Why??
  5. I for one wish both Lewis and Simon the best of luck next season. Simon had some good meetings in the Premier League last season and there is no reason why he cannot produce that form in the Elite League this season. All they need to do is hold their own and hopefully surprise a few people. A bit of support and confidence works wonders. Same again with Batch. He has had some ups and downs but on his day can run with and beat the best in the league. I don't think we have seen the best of him yet. Come on Buster and Rob, just find us one more "Star" and lets get behind our lads.
  6. With reference to KB. In my eyes he has never been a team man. League Speedway always has been a team sport and when you watch guys like Robert and Rory etc team riding, then watch a seasoned professional like KB ride in such a selfish way then it grates on me. As for 2015, half the time I watched him, he was the first to throttle off in a tussle, maybe a loss of confidence, maybe a desire to get away and get back to his natural home at Peterborough (although this had failed), only he knows. Either way, I don't think he is valid number 1 rider any more and personally I wouldn't want him in the team. I must admit at being concerned over the lack of information coming from the club reference the final signings and having followed the Stars since 1970 feel the least motivated about the upcoming season than ever before. Please Mr Chapman, put us old sods out of our misery.
