what can i say, a fantastic meeting with a bit of everything chucked in. a very good advert speedway gp i feel. harris ? two e/f not good enough at this or any level. really needs to up his game. hans ? not many points but on the pace and had good speed and rode with his head for once. crump ? what happened there, very poor. emil ? never been the same since his lay off. holder ? going well but dont like aussies ;-) new blood in proved very xciting and shows my idea of quaily on friday rather than practice would be good. gona miss the whole w/c but roll on the next gp.

some low cost cheap rubbish as most years i would think. however maybe monster will sort something new this year.

ya could be right, but i very much doudt they make a profit at this one. for the cost you can get it for i am surprized no one takes it up, as i say shows how popular it is in sweden.

the gp in sweden never seems to attract a sponsor anymore, since tony retired sweden dont seem interested in speedway anymore.

indeed we did sponsor hans for 10 or more years. he has no respect for anyone i learned and generally is an ass,the final straw was filling his petrol car up weekly on the diesel fuel card he was issued for vans. dishonest i would say as he hoped it would not be picked up, but 3 years down the line still waiting for the money back and have now had to take him to court for it. pretty good for a guy who has had so much from us. thats why i think it is funny when he rides badly and i hope it continues to. no probs with chris, just think it is funny he still has same probs as last year. lots a people would help him but he choses the wrong ones time and again. you can lead a horse to water but !!!! he will be out the gp next year and can only blame himself.

Just back from a weekend away, glad to see hans and his team are setting the grand prix on fire this year Maybe he should get rosco to help him out as doing harris the world of good And before you ask, yep i am taking the piss big time

very much doudt hans be in top eight, not good eough. time has past him by. lingren peaked now and only way is down and bjerre good at odd meeting but never gona be W/C.

first time i not been in years, always enjoyed the week in sweden with the family here. lets hope it dosnt rain like normal. wonder if i will get the name on half the bike fronts as only had half a gp last year lets hope its a good gp with good racing and holder off the podium .

100 % right. starts out good and then goes down hill. Motocross one of the better ones.

lets hope its a good meeting in the dry. chris needs to get rid of courtney and rosco, been used before and made no differance. trouble is chris cant set a bike up and give feed back. if the bike is quick chris is but if not they stumped as track changes. his helpers were aveage riders and are not gona make it any better. lets hope i am wrong. others in the sport knows what is wrong but he takes advise from those that dont.

stair lift, platform lift, bed lift, we do them all not just passenger / goods lifts think i might need one soon as not getting any younger, Stannah is a good British company, buy our service/small goods lifts from them and stair lifts

Thank you for your kind words Just for the record we may not be a massive company like monster but since 2001 have put around a million pounds into speedway. For our troubles you get lots of hassle and comments from a dick head ! yep thats you Meridian lifts dont need speedway but speedway needs sponsors big and small If it was meant to be a joke it was in poor taste. Of course are products are of no real use to most in speedway. No one wants to buy a lift for £40000 but their have a use of a can of fizzy for a quid. Maybe things will change in the future, people can live without fizzy but not lifts Regarding comments i have said nothing out of turn toward the bsi, i say it as i see it and they no that, always have. We could be back tomorrow as a sponsor if we wanted to and have a good relationship with the bsi.

yep just like my fan club on here indeed you did have your own tickets and i was more than happy to supply the pit passes

hi Phil, as you say maybe they went all out at the venue for the fans. as said before i think it is good for speedway. just compared to other motocycle events with monster as a sponsor they have far bigger and better tv exposure as well as all the event stuff. the start gate bit was feeble really, some bend banners and a floor mat. would of expected far more from monster. i got more from the bsi for me £2.50 he was more than welcome to have them. over the years i gave away hundreds of tickets and pit passes ( 600 at cardiff ). if you dont ask ya dont get.

offered to help like many people did, wasted me time and reason no longer helping yep stadium was about a third empty, poland has come on in the the past few year with the EU and speeway not quite so popular now.

it was stated as nz was to far the full monster package would be on show tonite. where was it then. yes, use to be a sponsor and maybe again in the future. who knows.

bit dissapointed with the presentation. i thought lesbo was where monster was coming out in force. better show at a british mx1 round, seems it is just a polish thing and not the full US monster package.
