Well you are wrong. They are very clever these days and you cannot spend 100k on a rider as your name is on his leg and why would a sponsor anyway. When we sponsord cardiff at a 100k this was looked at but because of the cost to advertise on tv it was ok. Also why would you spend alot without tv ? No tv will be final nail in elite speedway in the uk i believe.

Yep i am back. Not been able to post for a bit, must of been the backlash of Poole winning, lol. Seems like a lot of sour grapes to me and bsi seeing the sec is becoming popular maybe ?

Speedway without TV is not viable to sponsors really be it clubs or riders. The money spent cannot be justified to the tax man unless it is very small. We shall have to look at this should no TV deal happen.

plenty of room for both partys. i would not be happy if i was a rider and us fans are losing out.

I dont wish respect form you as i dont know you and most of the people on this forum so why would i. i also have helped towards Pooles success over the year and this year so where did you get that from ? I did a quick count up the other day, sponsored around 40 riders including multi world champions, 4 or five clubs, 10 grand prix, cardiff twice and 1 world cup. around £800.000 maybe a bit more if i looked harder. not blowing my own trumpet but what have you contributed to speedway and this does not include my gate money to poole since the early seventies and all the clubs i have visited since then. i will say again dont want your resppect or others i dont know as dont need it.

How bad is that, Lindgren who can't cut the mustard as a number 1 in the elite or beat reserves.This is the type of thing that makes bsi look silly. Yes it's all about bums on seats in Sweden and money and not ability. I would of put Lindback in if they must have a swede as at least sometimes shows blinding speed. Should be a limit on how many wild cards you can have especially when it comes to someone with the personality of a gold fish.

Execuitve boxes lol. It's one room. Pboro have one stand and the rest is all standing on grass ! At Poole the whole top floor is sectioned off for big meets. Anyway don't know why I am talking about pboro as it won't go there in a million years ,unless frost wants to bank roll it like he does the panthers year on year.

We can't change what happens at other clubs and areas. How can we ? We look after our own club and that's it. The promoter needs to promote, or get out if he can't. I don't believe some areas want speedway and unfortunately if that's the case the club will close. None of it is Pooles fault. Complete nonsense . Anyway back to topic, didn't we stuff Swindon and Birmingham in the play offs. Well done boys bring on the same for 2014 !!!! :-)
