Good point i loved the old British final, but just think Tai riding would really boost our event and i am not a Tai basher i love to see him ride. -

I cant remember Barry Briggs missing many British Final's and he was a New. Zealander.Ok then the British Final was an awesome meeting meant something but this passion thing i dont see it. -
I only had two babycham's last night as well !!!!maybe you are right the crowd is spaced out more pretty misleading which is great the racing also is getting better by the minute chuffed to bits with the track.Heat 13 was unreal i thought Doyley was heading for the burger van really went wide headed for the fence then ripped by Fricke on the straight.

A good solid Swindon performance and some good racing again Bewley's pass of Doyle in heat 10 was terrific and heat 13 was out of the top drawer.Musielak really does look classy and if we make the play offs we will scare alot of teams the double could be a possibility.???Maybe i am wrong there are more people watching over bends 2/3 but i thought the crowd was not the best i recon about 1100.

Yes Woffinden has every right to earn and ride wherever he wants to and fair play to him.But he cant make out he is as passionate about his country for me he has not shown that.Cant be bothered to do the British Final ( we could even seed him through) he has let us down as well in the past by not riding in other international meeting's.Why does he expect to be able to call the shots for me he has not earned it.Look he is a great rider but he still is nowhere near my alltime greatest top 10 riders ever. -

As you know the England team manager's job now is not an attractive one Rossiter has no say on anything apart from team matters.A honest question to you what has Woffinden done for British speedway since becoming world champion.???? -

A great post and alot of it is totally right until speedway in the UK all pull in the same direction (ie) why are the league's seperate?? i cant see alot changing to be honest. -

Totally agree but not all will be as good as Drew and. some will have there confidence shot to pieces after a while. Also at NL level an example young Wirtzfeld at the IOW already in the top five and Wildman at reserve that is not right changes need to be made. -

Fricke is a level above and he now is genuine world class. -

Drew Kemp is a prime example of what you are talking about Gazc , he has dug in really well in the top five .When really he should of been a second reserve all year learning his trade i was chuffed with his U21 WTC performance at Belle Vue. -

So you are looking short term???? myself i am looking to the next generation's where do they come from.??? Last year we did well with just Woffinden/Lambert was Rossiter crap then? This year without Woffinden were you really expecting much we need to get real.Even when Woffinden is fit he also is not unbeatable he needs more than just Lambert for support but who is next in line can you name them.? -

I hope the lad stays and gets a long prolonged run Jenga, because he has made huge strides. My point about the vulnerability of young riders who have a certain average is that teams that often have strong top fives often have a vulnerable rider in the 1-5 or one who is expected to be the senior reserve. -

Maybe because the great Erik recommended him, they feel that he is worth the time. -

Can he produce world class riders out of thin air? he is not a messiah.Yes his experience would be invaluable and thing's could be better but for me we are as a nation what we are.Neil Vatcher and his team are doing great thing's in there jobs and some of the kids are looking. really promising. But the problems that are deeply engrained in British speedway wont change overnight by just bringing Wofffinden on board there is a bigger picture. -

I believe in the bloke and as you said what a nice bloke he is hope he gets the breaks he deserves. All Danyon can do is keep working hard and thing's will come good.I think he has had 7 league and cup matches in the N.L and he has had 10 plus points in six of them i think as the season goes by he will get even stronger.I so admire Workington from last year what a job they did with Bickley and how he has reaped the benefits from that this season.Because Danyon had a reasonable average with Ipswich last year he has ended up being punished because of it . -

Were you disappointed with Danyon Sings ?? i really think a lack of meetings cost him lack of race fitness. He should of won heat 2 at Somerset and Redcar so in a way he was so unlucky.Again he scored heavily last night and is getting there with Leicester i just hope he gets another chance. The worry for me is that riders like Danyon will be shafted some years because of there averages.Bickley/ Rowe/ are two prime examples that could be vulnerable next year, riders who have an average between 3.80/ 5.00. -

An away win looming for Somerset against this makeshift Brum side the Wallinger signing is baffling. -

Why is it appalling, it would not bother me, if he does all good and well and good luck to him but he is not doing us any favours. Also when was the last time he rode in a Benevolent fund meeting to showcase his talent.? -
RIP Paul.
