I feel Connor M could be an issue i hope not i think he is a capable lad but he had a horrendous injury might take a while to get in the swing of things.Can Ipswich keep Hume/Mountain all year at reserve i hope so Hume will do well he is a real improver waiting to happen.

BL what was your overall opinion of Knutsson? my uncle who first took me told me he was some rider and often had the beating of Briggo in the early 60s.And he was a staunch Briggs fan loved Briggs to death so in a way what a huge compliment my uncle gave him i never see Bjorn ride.

I still like the speedway star but my ONLY gripe is to please go back to having only one main picture on the front cover.

How good was Nordin a silky smooth rider i only see him later on in his career for me Nordin/Bjorn Knutsson often get forgotten about both great riders.

You are right ER but sometimes the entertainment aspect is getting forgotten about,in my book that comes first over success for me personnally anyway.Also by keeping Doyley that hopefully should keep the crowd above the 1000 mark (worst scenario) as most of us are used to seeing a real star at no1 every week and Doyley comes into that category.

Klindt will never be certainty for any race and against some hungry younger rivals he will not always be a shoe in to win races.Also when i have seen him he is not interested in team riding gate and go or at the back i did not want him back at Swindon this year a frustrating rider.

You have to optimistic otherwise what is the point in going for me it is all about enjoying the racing the results are secondary.Funny thing is all the riders/signings i quite like are they good anough time will tell.

I really think Bates can kick on this year i recon he will average at least 7 in the PL and he will improve again in the EL.The funny thing is when Josh is in the right rythem i believe he has a superb riding style he will keep improving i have no doubt about that.I am really glad he is back at Sheffield again.

Remember well those scabby old leathers can people remember Briggo wearing white leathers for a few meetings?i am sure he might of wore them when he was on a racing trip in the USA.?Also i loved the black leathers with gold stars down the side that Tommy Jansson wore he wore them against Martin Ashby in the golden Helmet.
