Chris Holder Or Niels K Iversen?
Sidney the robin replied to Shale Searcher's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I love speedway just like you Ray, does it matter that much if you win or lose. For me a good nights racing is a few pints and a chat and come away feeling you have enjoyed the night. -

Holder the last few years has been slowly feeling his way back after those really bad injuries.Britain last year right at the end things were beginning to click and in the GPS to.I can see him bossing Britain this year and be in the top six minimum in the GPS hope so anyway. I look at Poole and think have they got any RELIABLE big hitters which you can guarantee double figures plus 4/5 times no is my belief. Also Poole must be worried that Holder will get back to his best which he can do with this fresh challenge for him at Lynn signs look good started well in the Darcy meeting. -

Poole are certainly weaker without CH away from home especially this myth about having more strength in depth cant see it great move for Holder. -
Lawson Or Masters?

All English riders ie) Lawson,R.Worrall,Bridger should all be fixed up before foreigners come in. -
Glad Glyn got his job back, great news he will get the track right great that the Lions are back on track.

What a mistake Poole have made, Holder is a superb team man and nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see him win a WC again in the future. He is good anough i really see him having a few full houses this year and the track will suit him down to the ground. He is a great replacement for the loyal and superb PUK the Lynn fans will enjoy watching him this year. -
Who cares who is right or wrong.!!!

I like both to be honest ,both have balls they believe in what they believe in nothing wrong with that at all.

But is your new no1 going to be as reliable as Chris? not for me certainly away from home .Also is Andersen reliable now? he could be vulnerable he should cope though we shall see. -

Jason Crump.

As a domestic league rider he was always one of the best to watch at the Abbey. As for his tantrums he did have them but what youngsters don't with experience that went. When coping with riding against Rick and the few disappointments he had in the WC he showed great heart and a brilliant temperament to overcome them. Can never remember going to watch Crump just for the outside stuff i went to see a brilliant rider strut his stuff. -

Would you say Hancock is boring? did you see alot of Crump in league racing.? -
Dearden rode 13 matches in 1965 and 16 matches in 1966 for Exeter by all accounts he underachieved badly.Rode 1 match also for the Swindon Robins in 1965 born in 1943 he is still alive.

I went to Scunthorpe last year and that was not garbage and the WTCF at Belle Vue that night's racing speaks for itself you are right cutting costs is a must.

Would agree with that,as an example Gollob was more box office Crump was a good gater very quick when in front.First see Jason with his dad in the pits at Swindon so waited until his debut at 16 think he came in on a 2 point average.?To think he ended up better than his dad who was some rider himself unreal really a great rider and a great ambassador for speedway. -
Auty Or Howarth?

Your prerogative and your opinion but you must realise not everybody is going to be at Tai,s level. All BRITS at whatever level get my full support and there is still hope for some of them to improve. What has happened to R.Worrall is nothing short of a disgrace has he now missed out on a place 2 years out of the last 4? awful feel for the lad. -
Auty Or Howarth?

Agree with that and i know he is a different level but Doyley is a great example of believing working hard and sticking at it and improving. There is hope still Steve Worrall has impressed me and i hope he kicks on along with Ellis/Bates.At the lower level hopes for Bewley,JPB , Hume,Wood,Smith,Brennan. -

People mention Newman but Auty/Howarth are still better riders than Newman.I like Newman and who knows he might kick on but outside the Poole BLUE bubble does the rest of the country particularly rate Newman.? -

Very surprising Marky just shows you how people have different opinions. For me he was a proper racer his battles with Leigh over the years were brilliant remember the last year he rode at the Abbey Leigh beat him 2.1 but Crump made a great pass in one of those races.
