Could this not be be dealt with by a time penalty since transponders are now to be used.

Edinburgh clearly think it is a 3pm start time looking at their fixture list.

Likewise Newcastle at Redcar.

As a member of the WSRA, I believe this is wrong. We as an organisation should be supporting the SPORT not individual teams.
