  1. Swindon because of the other 4 riders you have. They are very weak and well unless your heat leaders all get 10 plus a meeting then you are not going to win because your other 4 riders will struggle.
  2. Because you are signing a Poole Legend. We are not scared KK is lightning around Kings Lynn and Andersen will give Lambert a good go and it will be day to day. Holder is exactly the same as Lambert in terms of level according to u21 championship results pretty much.
  3. Sorry what..... He is a Poole asset, we have the right to talk about our riders. So we should be able to announce our riders signing for someone else. And we can say whatever we want. And Phil the Ace i imagine its just because you don't have a team yet.
  4. So the whole of the team is confirmed about from 1. We know 1. Holder 2. Porsing 3. Batch 4. Huckenbeck 5. Lambert 6. Rose 7. ?????
  5. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/speedway/piratesnews/14970027.Speedway__Holder_set_to_be_unveiled_by_King_s_Lynn/ There you go Holder confirmed.
  6. I know, I know. Swindon is more of a powerhouse of speedway in the modern ERA. Belle Vue have been dead for the last 20 years and you can't win which just loses fans.
  7. Thank you. Look at the major clubs of British speedway they are far closer to Swindon than Manchester. It would have made far more sense. There about 6 clubs which are closer to Manchester than Swindon in the whole of the UK. Been placed in wrong area.
  8. Any chance that Kyle will be your number 1?? Not sure what his average would be??
  9. I have really enjoyed just reading this. I would like to start another such one. How much do we think Shanes will improve in first year?? He has a good mate in Kyle with him in pits and is a local so I would like to know how much we think he will improve.
  10. Rains more just to start with. Its much closer drive from all major teams to Swindon than Manchester and you can also attract london fans easier. More people can get to Swindon.
  11. Manchester is easy to travel for riders but for Fans no. The two largest supported clubs in UK are Poole and Swindon followed by Coventry and Wolves. And it is much closer to London which means riders could travel to it easy and if they were driving with Vans then it is a shorter drive and also closer to Cardiff would have made more sense.
  12. Let's just clarify all the problems within the Premiership at the moment club by club, and just discuss in one overall forum. Belle Vue= Have huge financial problems as we all know and look like they will struggle this season even if they have a team. Coventry= Well with the recent news do they have a stadium or not all looks a bit of a pickle King's Lynn= Not to many problems, just there owner seems more bothered in other clubs than the one he actually owns. Leicester= Financial problems which hopefully will all be sorted by the weekend, things are starting to look on the up. Poole= We don't have a main team sponsor. I imagine we have had offers just Mr Ford will want six figures to buy more assets (Max Fricke, watch this space) Rye House= Looks pretty good, but have spent a lot of money and well it's speedway and you never know. Seem to have owners who don't know to much about speedway from some of the things i have read. Somerset= Built within there limits which is fine just seem very weak and will not want to be relegated. BUT once again on the face of things it looks very good. Swindon= Will this stadium be ready or not??? Who knows, In my honest opinion the NSS should be in Swindon not in Manchester far more accessible for the fans from the UK. Wolves= They seem pretty good actually and of all the teams right now seem the most secure. Wolves, Rye and Somerset all look good. Poole will be in best shape once they have a sponsor and Kings Lynn once Buster announces on Friday. Leicester seem like they are going to run. Swindon just need this Stadium to get going and from last couple of pictures it looks like its on its way. BV and Coventry well who knows seem like its good news one minute bad news the next.
  13. Everyone will want Fricke the rest are all over priced though. Bewley for 15k ahahahha. More like 5 still.
  14. 1. KK=11.07 2. Holder=7.16 3. Michelsen=7.94 4.Newman=6.31 5. Vaculik=9.80 6.Klindt= 5.42 7. Shanes=2.00 Now we get KK this would be a team and a half. This might have been Matt's plan.
  15. Just due to the thread being quiet, here is a team which we could have had if rumours had been correct. 1. Vaculik=9.80 2. Holder=7.16 3. C.Harris=9.21 4.Newman=6.31 5. Michelsen=9.80 6.Klindt= 5.42 7. Shanes=2.00
  16. I'm too young to have seen KK ride last time he rode for Poole, but his management and his house are in Poole which can only surely help because it means that he doesn't have to travel as far and so on which means he might just squeeze another 10% out. He also knows the very fast line round Poole same as Darcy, Holder and Magic. They all take same line, tight into 1 deep into 2 get the grip at the pit gate and then round 3 and 4 how ever see fit.
  17. Holder is a great signing. Improves the league and is still the biggest name in the league. Holder gets paid way more than Doyle. KK vs Holder at Poole will be great. KK who lives in Poole and will improve vs Holder who will have a point to prove. 1. Holder, Lambert, Batch will be a good top three but Porsing and H-Beck don't scare anyone i'm afraid as 2nd strings.
  18. I think somerset will struggle at Poole, the only team to not lose by 10 points or more last season at Poole was BV when they won. They will get smashed on that first weekend at least 15 points IMO.
  19. Holders loan fee will be about 4 times that of Klidnt. So i'm not worried about that. Swindon paid loads for Ward and I mean a lot of money.
  20. I imagine this comes with a tasty loan fee for Matt. Can invest into assets and hopefully find a main team sponsor.
  21. Did you really just put on a forum this is subjective. It's a forum it is pretty much the definition of subjective. Hahahha. Just that comment made me laugh, because yes it's true but well its a forum. Peterborough look a very good team, strong reserve which will make a big difference. And a Number 1 who has the most scope to improve IMO.
  22. Easy way to do this is rate every rider 1 to 10 for each position and team with the lowest number has the best chance of winning. This is just my attempt and not a bad way of doing this. So best number 1 is Cook and he gets rating of 1 for example. This would suggest Sheffield, Ipswich and Glasgow as a top three. Have to wait to see what Edinburgh do. This is just a guess at what would happen and how I rate riders. Please everyone else have a go. Berwick 1. Lewis Bridger (8.53) 8th 2. Kevin Doolan (6.99) 8th 3. Dimitri Berge (6.91) 8th 4. Claus Vissing (6.80) 4th 5. Liam Carr (4.69) 7th 6. Danny Gappmaier (4.00) 5th 7. Luke Chessell (2.00) 7th 47 points Edinburgh 1.10th don't have rider 2. Ricky Wells (7.92) 3nd 3. 10th no rider 4. Eric Riss (6.85) 1st 5. Mark Riss (4.00) 4th 6. No rider 9th 7. No rider 10th 8 points currently N/A not a full team Glasgow 1. Aaron Summers (8.57) 7th 2. Richie Worrall (8.49) 1st 3. Richard Lawson (8.22) 2nd 4. Nike Lunna (4.90) 7th 5. Dan Bewley (3.90) 5th 6. Tom Perry (3.76) 2nd 7. Jack Smith (2.00) 6th 30 points Ipswich 1. Danny King (9.57) 3rd 2. Nico Covatti (7.49) 5th 3. 23. Next signing tomorrow night at REF meeting just confirmed on twitter. I imagine Kyle......
  24. This just makes me laugh everytime because I don't even know who KKS is. Just to ruin your ideas.
  25. Tungate vs KK= KK easily everyday still a very good rider Grajczonek there is a reason why he doesn't ride for us vs Hans= Hans is still a much better rider Hougaard vs Kurtz= Good signing and will be there or there about vs Brady depends how Brady kicks on Starke vs Holder= Holder has 7.16 average for a reason and will have better gear Wright vs Newman= More times than not Newman wins Allen vs Klindt= Best reserve ahhahahahahaa where have you been. Klindt is on par with your third heat leader well they were last season Graversen vs Shanes= Yes you win than one but shanes will come for you. So its Poole 5, Rebels 1, Draw 1= Which to me equals a thrashing. There isn't a lot of potential they are all riders who have had there chance with bigger clubs, Josh G, Tungate, Wright and Starke and well none of them really made an effort and well every rider can chose where to ride in this day. To think you all thought you were getting Holder. You have 3 heat leaders who are the same as 1 heat leader and 2 2nd strings.
