If we get Kerr he could improve a lot it does happen at Poole. It's someone who wants to ride for Poole and i Doubt Joe Jacobs does because he got about 2 points all season at Poole.

I just don't think it will be Nielsen. Matt must believe in this person because he would not sign him otherwise. There might be an asset which we don't know about.

Knowing us Greg Hancock has been brought in to replace Kyle.

I know but Kyle would have got that and then Klidnt take shanes 4th ride. We would have done better overall. Maybe by 4 points but a big difference.

BTW!! Can we not all do this thing now where KK is worst rider in Poole team and we should have signed Holder. Holder was poor at Wolves as well. He broke his tuned in Bike and he will fix that up. Brady was at least getting into positions maybe later on in season he holds those positions. Big miss of Kyle and will be interesting who Matt brings in. Will it be a future asset??? Not bad compared to last season. If Wolves had Adam S they would not have won by 10. How is Jacob T at 4 his average is higher than 3???

We will use Guest riders and I reckon he is slightly higher but still fits under the 50 points and is our asset. Charles Wright will be used a lot. Paul Starke whenever we can use him as well. Those two will be used if they fit. Matt will have an idea of who to use. At least its at start of season. If we lose shield and knock out cup not the end of the world compared to premiership.

My Grandad went to the first Poole meeting in 1948 and has been ever since and the track has always been bad. There was a riders strike in the 60's over it. Sidney don't comment on stuff you don't know about. Why would a promoter spend money when the stadium will be re-developed. Yes, I am actually a Poole fan but this is an opinion page, but at least use facts. Riders strike about the track= Not the best track in the world.

This track has been bad for about 60 years. Matt will not improve it until they re do the stadium which I agree with. No point in him spending thousands of pounds if they are going to simply re do the track shape and size. I imagine that will be part of the stadium re construction. I think they will swap the tracks around with GreyHounds on the inside and speedway on the outside. If speedway GB gets these large sponsors they should help every single club get track covers by paying 30% of whatever. But yes it was bad by Poole. But that track had taken so much water. All Wed all Thursday and all Friday morning and it was simply the temperature. What no one realises is that Poole is a project give it a couple of years Poole will challenge Belle Vue and this is UK speedway it cannot be done overnight. But at least we are winning while we plan to have the stadium re done. Matt Ford wont sell until the track and stadium is done.

It's the dealership. But this is Poole we have a Aston Martin Dealership. It will be paying somewhere near 80,000 I imagine to sponsor the team.

Your right. He lost money on the meeting but Matt made profit on the year. He could make huge profit if he didn't invest in more assets. That why he wants the main team Sponsor because that is simply used for assets. Poole have very cheap travel cost's. Kyle, James, Jack and KK all live within an 30 mins of Poole. Hans seems to spend a lot of time in the UK as well.

I'm at uni and they are missing a massive market. Simply at Bournemouth Uni put on a trip and pay for the coaches there and back or agree a deal with the Uni which could be done very easily.

I just think that your team is not that good. I will admit i'm not a Danny King fan, I think he has just lived up to his potential and winning a UK title means nothing to me. Sorry, but I'm at uni and young fans don't care who is the British champion he isn't a big name. If you want more young fans then you need meetings like Darcy's meeting which has 4 Gp riders, 2 which just left the GPs and 1 which must just be round the corner in Shamek. Then young riders who could make the grade still. That attracts young fans. Its a fact and the Speedway GB people need someone who is about 20 who works for them. The increase Social media is helping but still not enough. Most watched speedway in the UK is the GPS and well we need more of those riders if you want this sport to last because trust me no one knows this sport. Glasgow is the only team which has a chance. Poole and Belle Vue will survive because of there names but good luck to the rest because IMO this sport has about 20 years and I really would like to watch it for more than the next 20 years. Bit off topic but just want to hear what older people now think because this is coming for the youth.

Look at the GP's this year. I would rather LAmbert, Ellis and Bates in my team over him. Look at all the young starts in speedway. If your not there about at 23 you won't make the grade. This is Professional speedway and it has to be like that. Otherwise this sport will die.

Will be a whitewash. Coventry just have not competed since about 2012 with us and yes great to see there line up but the riders just have not stood up. Garrity was meant to push on never made the grade. But anyway fun to see how they go. Lots of point money on show I feel for KK and the bunch. Will also give another meeting for Shanes and Klidnt to adjust to the track which is always good for us.

This season I don't think I have seen our riders get so much practice for the season before it actually starts. GB and Youth training Press and Practice day Darcy Meeting Peterborough The Pairs Peter Karlsson Farewell Respective Championship matches Elite Shield= would like to win but no the end of the world KO CUP= Want to win so really the start of training I can't remember this much. Would be great just to have everyone ready for the season but risky of injury as well. Come on the pirates

Hans was the most inform rider of the first half of last season and simply got injured if he does struggle and it's half way through season I am sure Mr Milik might get a nice cheque coming his way.

Just been on the website looks like we have some new sponsors. Slightly worrying that we don't have a main team sponsor because this means no investing in riders which add to the asset base. I think Ford has had offers but is waiting for that big six figure juicy fee to come up??
