Think it has to be 40 or 42.5. Need the ability to bring in a few riders.

First team build to 38 points. This is an attempt, 1. Morris= 8.38 2. Nielsen= 4.4 (with 2.5% deduction) 3. Howarth= 6.98 (with 2.5%) 4. T Kurtz= 5.43 5. Rene Bach= 7.19 6. Kemp= 3.50 (ipswitch or Sheffield arent going to be in the champ, or Kent from sounds of things) with 2.5% deduction) 7. Gilkes=2.00 -

This is going to be fun. Great decision by the club. Would love to see Nielsen, T Kurtz and Jordan Jenkins in the team. heard rumours that points limit could go up to 40.5. -

Lambert looks pretty good dancing around with Chris Holder last night at PGE awards. -

Scunthorpe Scorpions 2020

Well, NL clubs don’t really want to be in the NL. Plymouth and Kent don’t. Leicester and BV exist because they have bigger teams. If the NL goes then it has to be done for the sake of speedway. -

No thank you.

Fogo and Cash broker(Gorzow main sponsor) are both British companies. Polish divisions just choose to sponsor speedway. BT might have done loads of advertising. Not making a single difference to gate revenue. Great for BT getting more people watching TV. So if you were a club you are getting more money than you were before. And a chance at more sponsorship than has been available before. I don’t understand how the league isn’t sponsored and anything else which could be sponsored across the board isnt. Bet Fred Premiership for example. A deal with a hotel company, Fuel, Tyre, Van( harder due to lots of clubs been sponsored by local van providers). If they want to save costs then look at the simple stuff before watering down a league and making us all pay more .

For teams. Hopefully, better riders. Famously said by Matt Ford if Sky money was still around the big riders would be here.
-
Go with Eurosport. 1. More money 2. Less people in the UK have it, so for the TV meetings still might get a bigger crowd than on BT (This one could be huge for clubs) 3. Potential sponsors 4. If it is a 5 year deal that helps the future of the league.

rumour is Tai (already stated), Fast Freddie (said he won't ride for Smerdena again at minimum but sounds like full quit), Doyle. Nikki P just got released by Vasterik today. So see what happens. BZ staying with Vetlanda, but i wonder what riders like Magic, Dudek, NKI do. Especially the polish boys who are making a fortune through sponsors etc.

review of the riders for the final 7 riders for the season. Kurtz= 0.49 average increase. Not an awful season really. Just doesn't turn up to the party when needed. A season away from WR is needed and that is the rumour. Covatti= 0.57 increase. Great season, did his job. Felt not having him at reserve would make us weaker and it did. Would be open to having him back but might be a little bit to high of an average now. Klindt= 0.82 increase. Rider of the season. worth so much more than just his average is the soul of the team. First name on the team sheet next season. Josh G= 0.59 increase. Great season, great captain, speaks well on Tv etc. Really got back to his form of 2016/17. second name on the team sheet. Holder= 0.10 average increase. Poor season doesn't seem to really care. Can leave Poole and maybe grow up a little. THJ= Average not achieved due to time. Hard to judge, had all of 4 meetings. I would like to see him start in the Championship and get his form back and really have a plan in the UK. Midseason replacement next season level. Wells= 2.11 average drop. Worse rider in the premiership in terms of performance. Not a premiership rider. Needs to re-evaluate his plans as a rider. Would like to see Klindt and Josh stay and covatti maybe if he fits in etc. But i think this shows how much we depended upon Josh, Klindt and Covatti. Have to look at Bomber, Wright, Hans, Nielsen, Perks, Douglas as riders who could do a job. Hans on 5.79 might be too good to turn down. But need a dominant number 1 and reserves who can deliver 10 points a meeting.
