Yes that was the plan and tarmac the car park, but if it was replaced with a permanent stucture it would need planning permisson. I think thats the least of our worries the state in general of the stadium at the mo with 9 ish weeks to first meeting is though.

Temp stand is not the problem its the long bar or permission for it to be the honda motorcycle dealership and adjusting that next to the main stand. Saying that the temp stand could be an easier fix, a good weekend would be enough for new roof a lick of paint.

Agree with all of above, im led to believe len left rh with planning permission for any stand works expired, so thus no work happening. Still some communication from the bmr team would go along way, or we just expected to turn up come the end of march. Fixtures on rh website 19th march first meeting

Any updates on the stadium, havn't been down for a few weeks and not alot has changed from last visit around mid december. Be nice if someone like steve jenson came on here and updated us fans, a bit like andy does a great job informing people at the iow

No your right, i would love to see him back. Last season he started to look like the rider of a few years back when in pl with the rockets.

The long bar has been ripped out and the top bar just cables in the ceilings left, I did take a photo of the long bar where the stage once was.

I think luke will not ride this season or not before he gets married in july

I agree a new venue is due, the midlands area would suit maybe?, a bigger crowd? Even though i enjoyed that meeting at rye

Would like too see alfie back too, the difference in his riding from the start of the season till the end, massive improvement. Which is what the nl is for.

Practice was on today, going to run saturdays and sundays now if weather's good. Looked around and work has started in long bar, roof missing off temp stand near pits

Would love to see the raiders back in 2016 as it was the one bright point of this season which kept me going.

I live 5 mins from stadium, nothing that i can see has been started. Will keep an eye on any works that happen in the coming months and update any progress. They really need to start improvements sooner than later.

Masters would be good, he likes our track and always seems to do well around it. Maybe Josh G is another rider that could fit into team?
