absolutely phil, theres nothing to complain about,the play offs could be titanic and after an odd yr with fixtures etc woofy has certainly shaken up this season

said a few days ago it was a no brainer,no rules broken so have no problem with it at all.the averages have worked out perfectly it happens in speedway,if lindback had one more meeting at bell vue a few yrs back he would have had a 5pt something average im sure poole would have parachuted him on that figure,for speedway fans up and down the country a great 3 way end of season battle for the title,wolves still will be outgunned at reserve, to beat them teams will have to stay in touch on 1-5 scoring and turnover their reserves

they were pretty much everybodys pick for the play-off final back in march,lets hope next yr a few more promoters can assemble a competitive team

if its possible and tai will do it then its a total no brainer,will cost plenty but extra revenues from the semi and possible final should cover costs and even leave a profit for the promoters! if he has no play offs in europe i think he will quite fancy it

how many matches do forum members think an elite league rider needs around a track to work out racing lines,engine settings etc,etc come the play offs belle vue will have raced 14 matches at their new venue, would you think that would be enough for all the riders?half the riders?or just one or two to have the track sussed,woffie got the hang of it in one evening.

agree ray very poorly organised on wed,but it always is.put collectors on all the exits and catch everybody as they leave,and as the summer crowds at poole are at least 20% holidaymakers the announcer needs to explain its a once a yr collection for injured speedway riders.(didnt help the ben fund collection that there was a lady going round the grandstand with a bucket before racing collecting for darcy)

the secret offer for tonites match was finally revealed £10 for adults(tho it was announced concessions would remain unaltered so as an oap will i still have to pay £14? lol)doesnt effect me personally but why didnt they do kids under 16 FREE ,just my opinion but very poor.some really good racing tonite full marks to everybody,pooles strength is obviously is in the reserve scoring,looks like it will always be ellis or newman plus one rider from the top 5 at reserve, very formidable in this league.one complaint on presentation why every week prematch do we have to have to listen to 20mins of boring,monotonous inane drivel on the centre green from nigel and some guy from peptalk,every wk jeez! a short interview with somebody worthwhile and plenty of good music(abba )

any news about ticket deal for wed/thurs meetings?need to do something thurs could be smallest crowd ever,just as well charge all adults fiver kids free its bound to be a financial loss whatever is done so at least create some goodwill and pull in some newcomers

have to be truthfull mr B i wasnt concerned about tonites result but am now getting a little concerned about poole fitting in all fixtures by the cut-off date,still im sure other promoters will be cooperating fully to help poole complete them and not miss the play -offs

question-- which will be the higher number pooles pts or the attendance??lol

as ive said if hes at reserve for the play offs there will be pressure on him to perform and high expectations

going back to the brady kurtz debate i agree ive not heard any poole fan complain or in any way criticise his performances, everybody realises hes for the future and many good judges (professionals) in the game definitely rate him.the only point i would make is regarding "expectations" if brady is at reserve for the play-offs(think we'll make it !) which is certainly possible then there certainly WILL be big expectations on him.
