Speedway Star magazine is in the pockets of the BSPA and has been for several years now , that's why I cancelled my copy after the winter of discontent , when the authorities went to war on Peterborough and Coventry . It's a spineless magazine without a view of it's own and can only be trusted to put forward views which they know the BSPA will be comfortable with and better to be thought of as a comic IMO

Ged broke the rules he knew it was wrong regardless of him seeking advice from the BSPA vice chairman and whoever else . Simple , but those that gave that advice if proven should also be penalised.

I just hope the speedway authorities crack down on the likes of Holder and Sedgmen by imposing the severest of sanctions against them . They should at least get a 12month ban IMO . Let them get there visa's somewhere else if they want to ride in Poland.

Not so sure he's in I Australia as we are still on British summertime which is + 9 hours making 7-45 pm converted to 4-45 am and not so sure sun rises much before 6-am.But on the other hand

Lambert doesn't ride to well at the foxhole , so Shanes as a replacement would be a bonus , but is Flappy serious who knows.

I live in the real world where honesty and integrity cost nothing,

On a personal note I am, really just not bothered anymore , to me it's been the worst season ever at Peterborough , feel for those riders that have made the effort , only to be let down badly by the promotion along with Holder and Wilson-Dean . There would have been more credit in having a weaker team and finishing with wooden spoon than having all the nonsense and cloak and dagger will they wont they ride and a shoddy website that withholds information from fans then think it's acceptable to update the website on the day of meeting . I don't know what has happened with Wilson Dean but clearly something is amiss here that fans are not being told about.

It's been hard to defend him from the day he thought it was acceptable to miss the four's to ride in Poland. Deserves a long ban IMO .
