The 2 Panthers team changes are both down to rider injuries (Lunna and Grondal ) It should be noted that Perks was only temp replacement while Grondal recovered from his injuries unlike Scunthorpe who sat back and kept faith with those injured riders and are now at the lower end of the league. Message here is stand still and you will get trodden on. Oh by the way who have Workington replaced ? -

Panthers brought Tom Bacon in at the start of 2017 as a 2 point British rider and his starting average for 2018 was 2.60 , he has now advanced to over 4.50 Tom is now repaying the faith shown in him. -
Lakeside Future In Serious Doubt

I think you need to walk before you can run and make sure it is a viable option before having track sharing scheme , always better to have one surviving team than risk having no team at all .At least you will have one team to support. -
Lakeside Future In Serious Doubt

As there is a cut off date for league fixtures shouldn't Lakeside's home meeting against Peterborough be the first preference as I don't see it listed anywhere or are Lakeside holding something back here about the venue , I can't see why they would want to miss out on a possible 3 points towards there quest for a top 4 play off place and those 3 points could make all the difference . Interested to know Hammers supporters thoughts on this. -

It's the same rule that severely damaged Berwick's chances last season when they where hit by injury and the same rule that applies to all teams , so not quite a crazy rule as you put. -

Yes I was there too it was a very wet bank holiday Monday meeting should have started at 3pm but was put back to 7pm whilst they got the track sorted, Brian Clark was one of those getting a 4 ride maximum he was also instrumental in getting the rest of the team to deflate tyres as it would ride better with low tyre pressure . -
Being polite , I think Ipswich just might want to loan him out again.
-
Can't see that happening to be honest as Ged has gone the extra mile to get Scotty on board in the first place and has been instrumental with assistance for up to date equipment and they seem to have built up a very good relationship . Apart from being a Panthers asset who i'm sure they will be in no hurry to part with, but I'm sure Panthers would be interested in taking young Drew Kemp off witches in a swap deal.

I know there performances over the last 3 meetings is not good enough but now is not the time to rock the boat we have them both until the end of the season, so rather than knock them we should all be encouraging them and get behind all the riders . Next year is a fresh start . -

We are still in the 2018 season and it's not on to make comments about getting shut of riders for next year especially when the play offs are just around the corner -

Good performance from a patched up team , I would have been happy with 1point from the meeting so to pick 4 is an added bonus towards the play offs . Again well done lads. -

Then it's time the BSPA stood up for British speedway and tell the Poles to take a run and jump. -

Have to agree as Lambert and Grondal are not best suited to foxhole and there away form leaves a lot to be desired , we will need BWD and Starke with some lean back up from Bacon to get anything out of this meeting I can't see us even picking up a bonus point unless Scotty can bang in a 7 ride max.
