  1. We are doing o/k without Cookie although I can understand why you would like him back ,he's quite entertaining .
  2. Stop kidding yourself Cookie will ride for the team who can offer the best deal to suit his needs , better hope it's not Edinburgh or I can see you're admission fee being £25 and £3 parking , you would be better off staying in the car park you will see just as much and save yourself a fortune.
  3. So what's the problem be it 30 minutes or 2 days especially has your team has no interest in it any longer. I bet you're on of those that waits for the clock to strike midnight on Christmas eve and then enthusiastically rips the wrapping paper off gifts just to see who's bought you cheap aftershave again.
  4. You are not alone on that, lots of people got it wrong but that's the trouble with predictions pre season, the teams that start the season are all subject to changes along the way and it totally throws a spanner in the works.
  5. I think the jury are out on that one, seem to remember Panthers loaning him some equipment before and he was devious or reluctant to return it, caused quite a bit of ill feeling with Panthers management at the time, great to watch him on good machinery ,good to watch him when he is in full flow , but you have to look at the whole package with Ben
  6. I think Mccain's should move there factory to Workington , the place is full of fans with chips on there shoulders.
  7. MPT has had big scores around Rye House in the past , in his 1st spell with Panthers I believe he scored an 18 point max on a guest appearance there.
  8. Yes he's 100% committed but he's not fit and now we are at the business end of the season there's no time for passengers , yes I want to see him back and doing well and being competitive which at the moment he is not.
  9. It's not ridiculous at all it's a fact . How long should we be carrying him for . Yes he's been a great servant to the club but he and his machinery are letting the team down and his performances are a shadow of what he is capable of all i'm suggesting is for him to be 100% fit before returning rather than letting the team down and it can't be doing his own confidence any good either, just look at his scores in his matches since returning to the side , if he carries on like that he will soon have 3.50 average.
  10. Have to agree with that they certainly did more than anybody would have expected of them , but I don't think Lakeside will be quite so easy to beat in our weekly home and away events , I am sure they will want to salvage some pride after rolling over Saturday night and will be better prepared and aware of what certain riders can do around Rye House.
  11. Yes I got it wrong the stand in reserves done a lot more than I ever thought they would so a big well done to them and great performances from BWD , Grondal, Barker and MPT but Ostergaard is a big concern for me as I don't believe he's fit and his equipment is no up to it either and could cost us dearly if he carries on like he's done since returning from a serious injury
  12. Ostergaard has a history of letting the Panthers down in Important fixtures going back to his first spell with Panthers .We would have been better off using R/R
  13. Well he was absolutely crap for Newcastle and Lakeside reserves were not exactly special . I'm sure Lambert would have scored 4 to 6 points here.
  14. Panthers will not get anything out of this with 2 absolutely naff reserves they have no chance , surprised they didn't go for Broc Nicol but I suppose Wilkinson was the easy option. 10+ defeat I believe especially if Ostergaard is on his flymo's again.
  15. Don't that rule perfectly legal as far as i'm concerned, he was replaced by a reserve after taking a tumble , with no advantage to gain as the match was over and done with anyway. Well done for making the play offs maybe we will meet in semi's and put on a better show than what we did tonight.
  16. Come on , wake up and smell the coffee , there is major difference, Danny Phillips wanted to ride while mark Riss doesn't want to ride , so he is effectively withholding services so Ipswich are entitled to a facility.
  17. He's obviously not fit and to turn up with ill prepared equipment is very unprofessional Ged should tell him to get back on the sick list and get himself fit and get is bike's sorted as he's letting the side down , just simply not good enough.
  18. Yes accept that, but has he made a strong enough case to be invited back for 2019 team place
  19. The trouble with that at Peterborough is Craig Saul thinks it's a good idea to interview people when the bikes are on the way round to the tapes and if that doesn't drown the interview that bloody DJ will make sure he does with his over the top music playing right up to the green light coming on.
  20. Nice to hear you're taking it sportingly in the right manner , think you need to lighten up a bit though or you will be making yourself ill.
