  1. Precisely why it is a total waste of time trying to predict at this stage.
  2. Wasn't sure about emergency A.G.M being the correct terminology thought it didn't sound quite right but that was not my choice of words. Hopefully it's nothing too serious but something has gone wrong to have to call this meeting at short notice
  3. Panthers supporters club has changed it's name to East Anglian speedway supporters club unbeknown to almost everybody apart from Carl Oakes, president Richard Greer doesn't know committee members don't know and even Jed Rathbone is or was in the dark. The mind boggles just what is going on?
  4. It has a good racing surface but for viewing spectators it's absolutely abysmal Would also add that came from an Edinburgh supporter before I actually went there and witnessed it for myself.
  5. especially getting back to Estonia and being up in time for school on monday's
  6. O/K spill the beans what rumour mill did you get this one from.
  7. Pity he couldn't put in some decent or even half decent performances whist guesting for Panthers towards the end of 2015 season then we might have considered signing him. Have to say wasn't impressed with him at all so good luck as your gain is no loss to Panthers.
  8. Technicality here, I would expect it to favour any elite league team involved. If he had signed for Poole and also Panthers would anybody expect Panthers to get priority.
  9. Its a good job your not picking the team or we might end up with 7 riders named Robert Lambert and keep our fingers crossed and hope 2 of them turn up.
  10. Lets hope so Nice one Simon increased his average from 3.75 to 5.19 and you come out with this little gem.
  11. How could this have anything to do with solving the NO1 position?
  12. What a state we are in its 3 months before the season commences and we can't find a NO1. Time the top limit of 42.50 was reduced or raise the limit for elite to premier 6'00 to 7'00 this would cut out riders holding out for over the top rates if they were competing against other riders.
  13. How about Mads Korneliusson 8.33 premier league converted average , he's not riding in Sweden next season but don't know about Poland ?.
  14. coming over to do us a favour ? that's your interpretation not mine and I havn't a problem if he is British or from abroad, it's called freedom of choice , just can't understand some people jumping on the lads back before he even arrives in Britain , maybe his previous stint over here did not go as well as was expected but I don't see a problem giving him another chance . I'm sure if Workington's management thought there was a better prospect already here on his average who would be willing to commute to Cumbria weekly they would have given it some consideration
  15. Just a pathetic negative reply perhaps you should try getting out a bit it might cure your scarcasm, although i'm not so sure
  16. Sound's a bit like Edinburgh supporters, they have the same problem
  17. COME ON GUYS give the lad a chance he's coming 12,000 miles to entertain the general public and don't deserve to be ridiculed with some of the stick he's been getting on here. he's making the effort why can't you just give him the chance instead of writing him off even before he's turned a wheel.
  18. It's gone very quiet on the no;1 subject from the management, suspect the no;1 has been signed and kept under wraps even before we signed Simon Lambert and would expect an announcement when they think it can't be kept a secret any longer. Why would they sign Simon Lambert and leave themselves in an impossible position regards the NO;1. That's my theory anyway.
  19. At least we will be able to race on our own track and not have borrow somebody else's
  20. Was never impressed with him around the showground anyway, perhaps he will be better suited to Plymouth arena, must admit its a bit of an enigma at the moment trying to sort out a new NO;1 and the withdrawal of Frosts Readypower sponsorship can't be making it any easier
