Fours Festival Weekend
New era Panthers replied to Sings4Speedway's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
There should not be any argument about it , 3 group winners +best runner up to final otherwise the whole competition would be a waste of time and a joke , lets give all the teams a fair chance and an equal chance . -

Come on now , you shouldn't expect to much from him , not sure if he's still taking the medication . but it looks as if he could do with another bucketful. -
Plymouth Remain Open!

Good luck at your meeting Thursday night no speedway supporters likes to see clubs folding. I just think it's a shame your management did not raise the financial problem they were having a little earlier, instead of riders left without a job and season ticket holders handing over there money then to be told the club would be folding seems very shabby. Just hope somehow you will be able to find a way to compete for the 2016 season and beyond. Again I wish good luck' -

Should be the 3 group winners plus highest scoring runners up, No need for wild card entry . what's the point of Peterborough fighting for a place in the final on Saturday knowing if they don't qualify they will still be in the final on sunday -
Havn't seen anywhere that Davey has been denied his working visa or the B.S.P.A have told Edinburgh that even if he does get his visa eventually that that they wouldn't be allowed to include him should his visa come through at a later date . If this is the case then I think it is a wise decision by there management as it would definitely would go against the grain to include him even if the Monarchs have left it a bit late

Just can't wait to get rid of him can you , give the bloke a fighting chance before you condemn him but I guess you never did want him in the team anyway. Absolutely shocking conduct . -
I'm sure Panthers fans wouldn't complain if you wanted to use our thread , I don't see what your problem is. everybody is free to quote on any thread . We don't need the (if I can't have a kick , i'm taking my ball home syndrome)

Yes would have to agree with for once he was pretty poor at the showground in 2015 perhaps the change of track might be just the leg up he needs, but you would have to say Sheffield got it correct in not resigning Proctor and Poole which a lot of people thought they might, as they would have had to rethink there team plans

Twice as many as the comics have.

Typical snide remark, just remind me how many of your team actually are owned by Workington

Premier League Predictions 2016
New era Panthers replied to SomersetBlue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
They certainly have a very good top 4 but the bottom 3 look a bit doubtful, a lot will depend on what sort of progression J bates makes and I know just how good Berge can ride. If he can produce consistently then Sheffield will have a very good season. -
Jenga I think the pressure is getting to you.

If Edinburgh manage to get Mitchell in will he be on Continental tyres hoping for a Goodyear

Yes he has committed to Panthers for 2016 but added to Kings Lynn squad as a supplementary draft rider (E.D.R.) He will not miss any Panthers matches because of this but would be available to fill in on any other Lynn fixtures as I understand it. -

Well they didn't have to try too hard did they, Posh are now 15th and could soon be trying to fight off relegation, that's what happens when they keep selling off any decent players that they get offers for and fat cat Barry Fry wants his 10% -
Good God, they will all be making a cock up if they do
-
And when they are good enough for the Elite league are we supposed to give them away as your Edinburgh ex BSPA chairman once suggested as your teams cannot expect transfer fees for all there riders that want to leave as a guide line and yet insisted on a fee for Belle Vue bound Cook . Some example

Glad i'm not alone in my thoughts about the way the premier league is getting the thin edge of the wedge, it would be interesting to see how all supporters of teams from both leagues feel about this subject. It must be the only professional sport in this country that has such a senseless ruling of being able to use riders or otherwise for two different teams. Its known as pulling rank when big brother decides what is best for them and create mindless problems for the premier league clubs where they have progressed from. As there are 13 Premier league clubs and only 8 Elite league clubs how did the Elite league manage to change the rules to suit there needs , surely they all must have voted for this change which seems rather strange to me as the Premier league sides have a majority of five , so have the PL promoters shot there self in the foot , Obviously this change was made behind closed doors so we are never going to find out who voted for what but I do think these promoters should have the guts and hold there hands up and be accountable for there actions on on this subject

That's a big chunk out maybe a rain off might be your best hope. What a state British speedway is in, all due to the stupid doubling system we have to put up with . Riders should be riding for one club only in this country, like it always used to be. I think the elite league are having to much say in rider availability . Premier league has a better product in my opinion which is being floored by elite league domination I also think it is time for the premier league to break away .

It's unfortunate for you Redcar fans but Panthers supporters are not complaining , Ged has been nothing but positive since taking charge, very sociable with fans ,lets you know his intentions for taking the club forward, always turns up for supporters club social events even though he resides 200 miles away. The man deserves his award without a doubt. Without him I doubt if we would have ever see Peterborough speedway exist . -

Well done Ged . you deserve it, you're doing a great job and you're, the best thing promoter wise that's ever happened to Peterborough and long may it continue,
