Yes I agree with you on that but a lot depends on the quality and attitude of the riders you have to work with -

Scunthorpe Scorpions 2016?

On present averages this team would work out at 42.56 but when next averages issued they could be reduced sufficiently to be under the 42.50 ceiling. I would expect Auty, Davies, and Wilkinson's average drop would cover this. It would certainly strengthen and make it an attractive side again and hopefully bring back some of the missing fans. Good luck with it anyway. -

No we want to win -
I very much doubt that you get the same quality of racing as you saw at Scunthorpe on sunday and being in the national league you most certainly don't get the same level of quality riders but as long as your Brum supporters are happy with it that's ok. theres no need to make snide remarks about Scunthorpe. They are riding in a league above your lot. seem to remember Brum was premier and elite league but just couldn't afford to stay there. Scunthorpe may not be the best team in the premier league at the moment but thy are still competing in it

Do you really expect a politician to tell the truth, even dodgy dave -
Precisely , I am a smoker and i have to adhere to the rules around smoking in public places , i used to love to sit down in a pub enjoy a pint and have a smoke , i don't like the ruling but i have to agree to it , so i prefer to drink at home and seldom go to the pub anymore. unfortunately in this day and age it's health and safety gone mad, Not so long ago i received a file note at my works for putting a barrier in place before a fork lift truck operated in the area , my crime it was the f/t drivers responsibility not mine to put the barrier in place, sounds stupid doesn't it. That's what health and safety is all about,

Sheffield Vs Scunthorpe Lc 7/4/16
New era Panthers replied to Tigerish's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
What rubbish bin did you draw that statement from or are you just deluded -
I wasn't surprised out gated and out raced by a better team on the night, only Busk Jakobsen came out of this meeting with credit for Panthers. They couldn't even find the best racing lines until it was too late, in my opinion the scoreline flattered Panthers. Well done Sheffield you deserved your win

Oh dear oh dear the natives are not happy in Scunthorpe -
It's not Edinburgh's fault that Glasgow are charging the over inflated price £17.50 to watch premier league speedway and I don't consider giving a 16 years old the chance to make a name for himself sad and before you accuse me of taking sides I'm completely neutral but I do believe the lad should be given a chance though.
-
Why not just leave the lad alone and give him the chance , Edinburgh selected him and the lads quite willing to give it a go. He doesn't need all this bad press and it is hardly likely to encourage him and wont do his confidence any favours either. It's a brave move by Edinburgh and one that should be congratulated rather than people just slating him for having a go, he may be off the pace at the moment and has a lot to learn but if people don't give him the chance and just ridicule him he wont be around much longer. I'd rather see him get the chance
